Savings and Payment. 29.2.1 2021 – Employees received 80 hours of PT on January 1, 2021. As a one-time only offer, on December 31, 2021, employees will be provided 20 hours of PT that will be added to their PT Hold Bucket on January 1, 2022. The PT Hold Bucket has three options: • Cash out the PT hours • Move the PT hours to their Sick Bank • Move up to 40 hours to the 2022 PT bucket for use during 2022 The employee can split their PT Hold hours in any combination of the three options with the only restriction being a max of 40 hours can be moved to their PT Bucket for use in 2022. Hours paid and hours moved will be part of the payroll processing of the first full pay period in January. 2022 and beyond – Employees will accrue PT at a rate of 3.077 per pay period (based on twenty-six (26) pay periods per year), which is available for use during the year. At the end of the year, the employee has the option with the remaining hours to receive cash payout or place the hours in sickness accrual (sick bank). Payment and/or banking of additional personal time will also be made within the first full pay period of January each year. Beginning in 2021, employees will have the option of rolling up to 40 hours of PT to the following year. The PT allotment in this contract becomes effective on the first Monday of the first full pay period. The accrued PT hours begin with the first pay period of each year. Available PT hours can be used in one tenth of an 1 hour increments. 29.2.1.1 New employees will accrue PT at a rate of 3.077 hours per pay period (based on twenty-six (26) pay periods per year) for all remaining pay periods in the year of hire. 29.2.1.2 An employee may accumulate up to a maximum of 500 hours of Sick Bank Accrual. 29.2.2 The Company and the Union agree that during the first five (5) day waiting period of an approved Short Term Disability, employees are entitled to utilize Sick Bank Hours, PT, or Vacation Time or a combination of any of the above in order to ensure that they do not suffer any loss of pay during the five (5) day waiting period before the commencement of the Short Term Disability benefits that are referenced in Article 29.5.1

Savings and Payment. 29.2.1 Employees will receive 80 hours paid personal time that can be used in a minimum of one (1) hour increments for an absence reason without effect to the attendance control policy.

  • Costs and Payments During the period that Sprint PCS is curing a breach or operating the Service Area Network under this Section 11.6.3, Sprint PCS and Manager will continue to make any and all payments due to the other party and to third parties under this agreement, the Services Agreement and any other agreements to which such party is bound, except that Sprint PCS may deduct from its payments to Manager all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Sprint PCS in connection with the exercise of its right under this Section 11.6.3. Sprint PCS' operation of the Service Area Network pursuant to this Section 11.6.3 is not a substitution for Manager's performance of its obligations under this agreement and does not relieve Manager of its other obligations under this agreement.

  • Rates and Payment You agree to pay the residence fees for the accommodation assigned to you, including where applicable, the size of the accommodation, according to the payment schedule attached hereto as Appendix IV. You may either pay the entire amount due or pay the residence fees in instalments, in the amounts and on the dates outlined in Appendix IV. If you choose or are required to change your accommodation, you will be required to pay the fees stipulated for the new accommodation, including the meal plan, if applicable. Failure to pay the first instalment of residence fees by or on the date it is due will lead to forfeiture of your accommodation assignment. Charges for residence fees will continue until you complete the contract termination and check out process in section 1.12. Please note that the following terms apply to all fees and payments required by Student Housing and Community Services (i.e.: residence fees, activities/programs, assessments, et cetera): • Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. • A $35 service charge will be levied on all cheques returned by your bank for any reason. • You will pay all fees that may be imposed by the University from time to time in respect of failed electronic financial transactions, including, without limitation, electronic funds transfers and Interac transactions where, after initial processing, the transaction is cancelled or voided due to insufficient funds. • Late payments may not be accepted. If a late payment is accepted, it will be subject to late payment fees as follows: » first late payment - $25 » second late payment - $25 » third late payment - $50 » fourth and any subsequent late payments $75 ea.

  • Compensation and Payment 3.1 Consultant’s fees shall be calculated at the rates set forth in the attached Exhibit A. The Maximum Compensation for the performance of Services within the Scope of Services described in Exhibit A is ten thousand five hundred eighty-five dollars and no/100 ($10,585.00) as set forth in Exhibit A. In no case shall the amount paid by County under this Agreement exceed the Maximum Compensation without a written agreement executed by the parties. 3.2 All performance of the Scope of Services by Consultant including any changes in the Scope of Services and revision of work satisfactorily performed will be performed only when approved in advance and authorized by County. 3.3 County will pay Consultant based on the following procedures: Upon completion of the tasks identified in the Scope of Services, Consultant shall submit to County staff person designated by the County Engineer, one (1) electronic (pdf) copy of the invoice showing the amounts due for services performed in a form acceptable to County. County shall review such invoices and approve them within 30 calendar days with such modifications as are consistent with this Agreement and forward same to the Auditor for processing. County shall pay each such approved invoice within thirty (30) calendar days. County reserves the right to withhold payment pending verification of satisfactory work performed.

  • Consideration and Payment The purchase price for the sale of the Purchased Assets sold to the Purchaser on the Closing Date shall equal the estimated fair market value of the Purchased Assets. Such purchase price shall be paid in cash to Santander Consumer in an amount agreed to between Santander Consumer and the Purchaser, and, to the extent not paid in cash by the Purchaser, shall be paid by a capital contribution by Santander Consumer of an undivided interest in such Purchased Assets that increases its equity interest in the Purchaser in an amount equal to the excess of the estimated fair market value of the Purchased Assets over the amount of cash paid by the Purchaser to Santander Consumer.

  • Calculation and Payment Interest on LIBOR Loans and all other Obligations and the amount of any fees set forth in Subsection 1.4 shall be calculated on the basis of a three hundred sixty (360) day year for the actual number of days elapsed. Interest on the Base Rate Loans shall be calculated on the basis of a three hundred sixty-five or -six (365-6) day year for the actual number of days elapsed. The date of funding or conversion to a Base Rate Loan and the first day of an Interest Period with respect to a LIBOR Loan shall be included in the calculation of interest. The date of payment of any Loan and the last day of an Interest Period with respect to a LIBOR Loan shall be excluded from the calculation of interest; provided, if a Loan is repaid on the same day that it is made, one (1) day’s interest shall be charged. Interest accruing on the Base Rate Loan is payable in arrears on each of the following dates or events: (i) the last day of each calendar quarter; (ii) the prepayment of such Loan (or portion thereof); and (iii) the applicable Maturity Date or the Revolving Loan Expiration Date, as the case may be, whether by acceleration or otherwise. Interest accruing on each LIBOR Loan is payable in arrears on each of the following dates or events: (i) the last day of each applicable Interest Period; (ii) if the Interest Period is longer than three (3) months, on each three-month anniversary of the commencement date of such Interest Period; (iii) the prepayment of such Loan (or portion thereof); and (iv) the applicable Maturity Date or the Revolving Loan Expiration Date, as the case may be, whether by acceleration or otherwise.

  • Invoices and Payments 5.5.1 The Contractor shall invoice the County only for providing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work specified in this Contract and in Exhibit A - Statement of Work. The Contractor shall prepare invoices which shall include the charges owed to the Contractor by the County under the terms of this Contract. The Contractor’s payments shall be as provided in Exhibit B (Payment Schedule) and the Contractor shall be paid only for the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work approved in writing by the County. If the County does not approve work in writing no payment shall be due to the Contractor for that work. 5.5.2 The Contractor’s invoices shall be priced in accordance with Exhibit B (Payment Schedule). 5.5.3 The Contractor’s invoices shall contain the information set forth in Exhibit A (Statement of Work) describing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, work hours, and facility and/or other work for which payment is claimed. 5.5.4 The Contractor shall submit the monthly invoices to the County by the 15th calendar day of the month following the month of service. 5.5.5 All invoices under this Contract shall be submitted in two copies to the following address: 5.5.6 County Approval of Invoices

  • Invoices and Payment 16.1 Transnet shall pay the Supplier/Service Provider the amounts stipulated in each Purchase Order/Work Order, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 16.2 Transnet shall pay such amounts to the Supplier/Service Provider upon receipt of a valid and undisputed Tax Invoice together with the supporting documentation, as specified in the Schedule of Requirements appended hereto, once the valid and undisputed Tax Invoices or such portions of the Tax Invoices which are valid and undisputed become due and payable to the Supplier/Service Provider for the delivery of the Goods/Services ordered, in terms of clause 16.5 below. 16.3 Transnet may, pending an investigation, withhold any payments to the Supplier/Service Provider, in the case where irregular expenditure has been identified in the particular contract and that there is reasonable suspicion that the Supplier/Service Provider is involved or was aware that the contract transgressed any legislation. 16.4 All Prices set out in this Agreement and the Schedule of Requirements hereto are to be indicated inclusive and exclusive of VAT, which will be payable at the applicable rate in ZAR. 16.5 Unless otherwise provided for in the Schedule of Requirements appended to this Agreement, Tax Invoices shall be submitted together with a month-end statement. Payment against such month-end statement shall be made by Transnet within 30 [thirty] calendar days after date of receipt by Transnet of the Supplier’s/Service Provider’s statement together with the relevant valid and undisputed Tax Invoice(s) and supporting documentation. 16.6 Where the payment of any Tax Invoice, or any part of a Tax Invoice which is not in dispute, is not made in accordance with this clause, the Supplier/Service Provider shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount, at The Standard Bank of South Africa’s prime rate of interest in force, for the period from the due date of payment until the outstanding amount is paid. 16.7 The Supplier/Service Provider shall remain the owner of all plant, material, machinery, equipment and the like [collectively, the Supplier’s Goods] provided to Transnet until Transnet has paid in full for the Supplier’s Goods, it being specifically agreed that Transnet shall acquire no rights [including liens] of whatsoever nature in such Supplier’s Goods until date of final payment by Transnet. Subject to the aforegoing, all risk and benefit to the Supplier’s Goods shall pass from the Supplier to Transnet on delivery of the Supplier’s Goods by the Supplier to Transnet.
