B. Deliverable #2: Procure Goods Key Activities: • Receive Judicial Council approval of final list of equipment and components to be purchased • Purchase equipment • Receive equipment • Pre-install testing and configuring • Provide a list of equipment purchased, received, status of pre-installation testing and configuring. • Provide an Excel spreadsheet with the product description, manufacturer, model, serial number, quantity, and unit price.
C. Deliverable #3: Perform Integration Services Key Activities: • Perform integration services onsite at the Judicial Council in San Francisco • Deliver, assemble, install, test and integrate equipment and services into studio and control room • De-install obsolete equipment • Provide documentation of signal path and as built diagrams using PDF’s and AutoCAD versions. • Perform acceptance testing with Judicial Council staff member. • Provide 4 hours of training with Judicial Council staff members.
