Schedule of Salaries. The appropriate salary rates contained in the Schedule of Salaries set forth in Schedule "A" hereto, shall be maintained throughout the life of this Agreement.

Schedule of Salaries. A. There are two (2) separate salary schedules, one for classifications of employment designated as Middle Management (MM) assigned to a seventeen (17) step monthly salary range, and one for classifications of employment designated as Administrative Management (AM) assigned to a five (5) step monthly salary range. The assignment of classifications to salary schedules for Middle Management (MM) and Administrative Management (AM) is listed in Exhibits A and B of this MOU. B. The basic salary schedule for Middle Management classifications contains numerous salary rate ranges, each range comprised of seventeen (17) separate rates of pay shown in monthly amounts. The respective rate ranges are identified by a two (2) digit number preceded by the capital letters “MM.” The separate rates of pay or steps within each salary rate range are identified by the numbers “1” through “17” inclusive, with Step “1” being the lowest or minimum rate of the range, Step “9” the middle or midpoint rate of the range, and Step “17” being the highest or maximum rate. The purpose of each step and criteria for advancement are set forth in Section 5.8(A). C. The basic salary schedule for Administrative Management contains salary rate ranges comprised of five (5) steps or rates of pay shown in monthly amounts, identified by the letters “A” through “E” inclusive, with Step “A” being the lowest step in the range. The purpose of each step and criteria for advancement to the next higher step within a particular salary rate range are set forth in Section 5.8(B). D. During the term of this MOU, it is the City’s intent to move from twenty four (24) to twenty six (26)

Related to Schedule of Salaries

  • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services expeditiously. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Schedule of Fees Resident Site Staff SF ZZ (A) The RSS on-cost rates are: Collective rank of RSS directly employed by the Consultants or Government staff posted to the Consultants by the Employer RSS on-cost rate of each collective rank ($/man-month)

  • Schedule of Benefits The Schedule of Benefits lists your expected Out-of-Pocket costs for Benefits and Prescription Drugs covered under the Plan.

  • Schedule of Rates The specific rates and costs applicable to this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit B – Schedule of Rates, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.

  • Schedule of Values 9.2.1 Before the first Application for Payment, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect a schedule of values allocated to the various portions of the Work, prepared in such form and supported by such data to substantiate its accuracy as the Architect may require. This schedule, unless objected to by the Architect, shall be used only as a basis for the Contractor's Applications for Payment.

  • Form of Compensation Compensation for overtime shall be paid except where, upon request of the Employee, and with the approval of the Employer, or its representative, overtime may be granted in the form of time off in lieu of overtime hours worked.
