Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services. FMSU shall provide preventive maintenance for the System during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding FMSU-recognized holidays (“Normal Business Hours”). Such maintenance shall include without limitation annual calibration and other actions that FMSU considers necessary to ensure proper operation of the System. Preventive maintenance may be performed concurrently during remedial maintenance service at FMSU’s discretion.

Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services. HCUS shall provide preventive maintenance for the System during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding HCUS-recognized holidays (“Normal Business Hours”). Such maintenance shall include without limitation annual calibration and other actions that HCUS considers necessary to ensure proper operation of the System. Preventive maintenance may be performed concurrently during remedial maintenance service at HCUS’s discretion.
Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services. Contractor shall provide regularly scheduled preventive maintenance services to ensure that all {System} and equipment remains in good operating condition in accordance with the Scope of Work and all applicable equipment and software specifications, documentation and warranties. The preventive maintenance shall include the testing, cleaning, updating, calibrating or adjusting of the {System} equipment, replacement of unserviceable parts, and communicating necessary instruction to NYULH. All preventive maintenance shall be performed by Contractor at the service intervals as reasonably developed by the parties. Maintenance Logs and Reports. Contractor shall maintain maintenance reports setting forth in such detail as agreed upon with NYULH all maintenance and technical services (scheduled and unscheduled services) performed on the {System} equipment. As requested, Contractor shall provide NYULH such maintenance reports and summaries to NYULH. Notifications of Defects. Contractor shall notify NYULH of all known or suspected defects in the {System} equipment as such defects become known or are reported to Contractor. As part of the Maintenance services, Contractor will promptly correct any covered defects, or develop a work-around, patch or other fix, and furnish NYULH with such correction, work-around, patch or other fix as soon as practicable. Replacement Inventory. Contractor shall maintain sufficient inventory of spare {System} equipment and replacement parts at Contractor warehouse to enable Contractor to perform all maintenance services and restoration of any {System} equipment within the required time frames for Problem Response and Resolution. A limited inventory will be kept at the Project Site. Upon delivery of such inventory to NYULH, NYULH shall have care, custody and control of such inventory, shall provide adequate and secure storage, and shall be liable for any damaged or missing inventory. Software Updates and Enhancements Software revisions. Contractor will provide NYULH with Updates and Enhancements to each Software application and to the documentation (collectively “Updates”) no later than the date that such Updates are produced and generally made available by Contractor. Contractor will simultaneously provide revised and/or updated documentation for such Updates and Enhancements.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.

  • Standard Services As long as Tenant is not in default under any of the provisions of this Lease, Landlord shall cause the Leased Premises (in accordance with Section 10.3 below) and the public and common areas of the Building, (and the Project Common Areas), including the lobbies, elevators, stairs, corridors and rest rooms, to be maintained in reasonably good order and condition consistent with the operation and maintenance of the Building as a first-class office building in downtown Bellevue, except for damage occasioned by any act or omission of Tenant or Tenant's officers, contractors, agents, invitees, licensees or employees, the repair of which shall be paid for by Tenant ,so long as damage occasioned by other tenants and their officers, contractors, agents, invitees, licensees or employees, is paid for by such other tenants. From 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, excluding legal holidays, and from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Saturdays ("Regular Business Hours"), Landlord shall furnish the Leased Premises with electricity for lighting and operation of low power usage office machines, water, heat, air conditioning and elevator service as is customary and anticipated by tenants in a first-class office building (the "Standard Services"). During all other hours, Landlord shall furnish the Standard Services, including elevator service as reasonably required to provide access to the Leased Premises, except for heat and air conditioning and lighting. If requested by Tenant, Landlord shall furnish heat and air conditioning and lighting at times other than Regular Business Hours and the cost of such services, as established by Landlord (which in no event shall exceed Landlords' actual cost of such services), shall be paid by Tenant in the same manner as provided in Section 4.1 above. Landlord also shall provide lamp replacement service for Building Standard fluorescent light fixtures (but not for any specialty lighting installed by Tenant), toilet room supplies, window washing at reasonable intervals and customary building janitorial service in the Leased Premises consistent with those services in other first-class office buildings as part of the Standard Services, although no janitorial service shall be provided for Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays. The cost and expense of any janitorial or other services provided or caused to be provided by Landlord to Tenant in addition to the services ordinarily provided Building tenants or is excessive relative to services provided to other tenants in the Building generally, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon demand for the additional cost resulting from such services, which shall be paid by Tenant in the same manner as provided for payment in Section 4.1 above. Standard Services shall not include any security services exclusively for Tenant within the Leased Premises. General security services will be provided in a manner consistent with the nature of the Project, and its cost will be allocated as a Building and/or Project Operating Cost. Landlord has not and does not make any representations to Tenant and assumes no responsibility to Tenant that the security services that are provided by Landlord will be effective in preventing any harm, both physical and economic, to Tenant or any of Tenant's employees or invitees. The HVAC system that Landlord shall install in the Building is generally described in Schedule D-1 and, among other things, shall allow temperature adjustments to be made in the Leased Premises on a zone by zone basis on each floor. Tenant shall pay any and all costs required to implement the features of the system by which Tenant may make temporary adjustments on a zone by zone basis on each floor . Any services provided by Landlord under this Section 6.4 shall be applied consistently and in a nondiscriminatory manner.

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.
