Scheduling of Interviews. It is the responsibility of the employee to apply for a position within the posting period. Scheduling of interviews shall be at the Employer’s discretion. Employees selected for an interview shall be contacted and given the opportunity to make themselves available for the interview. When appropriate in the circumstances, interviews may be conducted remotely, as determined in the sole discretion of the Employer which shall not be unreasonably exercised.

Scheduling of Interviews. A defined interview period will be designated for each I&S cycle. Interviews will be scheduled at the site at which the position is open.
Scheduling of Interviews. Law enforcement should contact the designated CAC staff member to schedule interviews. In the event immediate contact cannot be made, a CAC forensic interviewer will be available to schedule appointments. When scheduling appointments, law enforcement should communicate the urgency of the interview, language of the child and accommodations necessary for a successful interview. Any cancellation or re-scheduling of a child’s interview should be conveyed immediately to the CAC interviewer assisting the agency.   • Scheduling of Hours ‌ (a) Regular Employees (1) (i) Regular employees shall be scheduled hours within their classification based on seniority, subject to the employee's ability to meet specific client needs and geographic location.

Should an employee require a leave of absence from duties for the interview, their supervisor shall be notified as soon as the requirement to appear for an interview is made known.

  • Rescheduling of Tests If the Authority’s Engineer certifies to the Authority and the Contractor that it is unable to issue the Completion Certificate, as the case may be, because of events or circumstances on account of which the Tests could not be held or had to be suspended, the Contractor shall be entitled to re-schedule the Tests and hold the same as soon as reasonably practicable.

  • Scheduling of Vacations Vacations shall be scheduled at a time mutually acceptable to the OSFM and the employee and consistent with the work requirements of the OSFM. All vacation leaves require advanced written authorization by the employee's immediate supervisor; however, management may verbally approve short notice requests, subject to submission of written leave request form upon return.
