Scheduling of Overtime. The Employer will, as far as practicable, offer overtime on an equal basis by state seniority (state seniority date is defined as the employee's service anniversary date as adjusted for leaves of absence, layoffs, suspensions, or unpaid leaves, of more than 14 calendar days) among those included employees in that classification assigned to the work unit who normally perform the work involved.
