Scholarship Funding. Scholarship dollars would be determined annually based on the annual fiscal budget review and approval. The scholarship awards will be given to the recipient in two (2) installments, one at the beginning of the fall semester and one at the beginning of the winter/spring semester. Administration of the scholarship funds will be administered by the Nursing Education Department . Applications for the UVMMC Nursing Scholarship dollars would be available from Nursing Education.
Scholarship Funding. Funding to assist youth (and/or adults up to a certain age) with the cost of tuition and/or educational materials for courses offered by colleges, universities, and/or technical and trade schools recognized by appropriate educational accreditors.

Eligibility will be determined by the Program Administrator based on the Program Recipient’s residential address.

  • Scholarship Faculty Members are entitled and expected to engage in scholarship (as defined in Article 1.1(n)), to show scholarly integrity therein, and to disseminate the results of their scholarship or exhibit the results of their creative work. It is the responsibility of the Employer to provide reasonable resources for the conduct of scholarly activity and its dissemination.

  • Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between ACC and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Political Science (Secondary Education). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.

  • Program Funding Upon entry into force of this Compact, MCC will grant to the Government, under the terms of this Compact, an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Eight Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (US$408,850,000) to support the Program (“Program Funding”).   • Student Teachers A. The term "student teacher" as used hereinafter shall refer to student teachers, intern teachers and all other such programs. Agreement to become a supervising teacher of a student teacher shall be strictly voluntary and is recognized not to result in such bargaining unit members becoming supervisors within the meaning of the Public Employment Relations Act (PERA). Probationary teachers are prohibited from accepting student teachers. B. It is expressly agreed that the Association may refuse to permit a bargaining unit member from supervising or directing the activities of a student teacher in the event: 1. The student teacher would displace instructional aides, para- professionals, or other current employees then employed. 2. The use of such student teacher would be used by the Employer as a basis for not hiring additional bargaining unit personnel. C. The Board shall disclose all terms of any agreement between it and any student placing institution. The terms and conditions of placement of student teachers shall be consistent with this agreement, unless otherwise agreed to by the Association. D. The supervising teacher shall have the right to accept an honorarium or other such token of appreciation as may be offered by the student/intern placing institution. E. Prior to acceptance of a student teacher, there shall be a meeting between the teacher, prospective student teacher, principal, president of the Association or an executive committee member of the Association. Following this interview, the teacher shall then have the right to accept or reject the student teacher. F. Any terms or conditions of this section not previously specified in this agreement shall be negotiated between the Board and the Association prior to implementation of future programs.

  • Per-pupil Funding The School's non-facility general fund per-pupil funding shall be as defined in Sec. 302D-28, HRS. The Commission shall distribute the School's per-pupil allocation each fiscal year pursuant to Sec. 302D-28(f), HRS, and shall provide the School with the calculations used to determine the per-pupil amount each year. All funds distributed to the School from the Commission shall be used solely for the School's educational purposes as appropriated by the Legislature, and the School shall have discretion to determine how such funding shall be allocated at the school level to serve those purposes subject to applicable laws and this Contract.

  • Tuition The Charter School shall not charge tuition or fees to its students except as may be authorized for local boards pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 20-2-133.

  • Equalization If at any time any Lender receives any amount hereunder (whether by voluntary payment, by realization upon security, by the exercise of the right of setoff or banker’s lien, by counterclaim or cross action, by the enforcement of any right under the Loan Documents, or otherwise) that is applicable to the payment of the principal of, or interest on, the Loans (other than Swing Loans), LC Participations, Swing Loan Participations or Fees (other than Fees that are intended to be paid solely to the Administrative Agent or an LC Issuer and amounts payable to a Lender under Article III), of a sum that with respect to the related sum or sums received by other Lenders is in a greater proportion than the total of such Obligation then owed and due to such Lender bears to the total of such Obligation then owed and due to all of the Lenders immediately prior to such receipt, then such Lender receiving such excess payment shall purchase for cash without recourse or warranty from the other Lenders an interest in the Obligations to such Lenders in such amount as shall result in a proportional participation by all of the Lenders in such amount.

  • Educational Benefits The Employer agrees to provide educational benefits to employees that are in permanent status as of the first day of the quarter they are registering in accordance with the Employer’s space-available tuition waiver policy and employee 50% operating fee tuition waiver policy, to include:
