Scholarships and Costs. In the framework of the EIT RawMaterials education project “Open ESEE-Region Master for Maintenance Engineering” (OpESEE) with the number 17008, the student will receive a scholarship granted by EIT RawMaterials Academy for the second semester at LUT University and for the third semester at TUBAF. The amount of scholarship awarded is specified as follows: Financial supports to students of the MSc. ENTER programme 2. Semester (LUT University) 3. Semester (TUBAF) Monthly allowance 250 €/student x 6 months (Jan. 2020 – Jun. 2020) 250 €/student x 6 months (Oct. 2020 – Mar. 2021) Travel bursary 600 €/student (transition between Home University and LUT University) 600 €/student (transition between LUT University and TUBAF) Total 2,100 €/student 2,100 €/student The student admitted to the MSc. ENTER programme may also apply for additional scholarships. If the student decides to withdraw permanently from the MSc. ENTER programme, or wants to take a leave of absence, he/she needs to inform the coordinating university (TUBAF) in writing. The effective date is the date the student files a written request for withdrawal or leave of absence. From that day on, the scholarship from EIT RawMaterials Academy will be terminated but the student will not be required to repay the already received scholarship. The student is personally responsible for all costs relating to the MSc. ENTER programme, including but not limited to following: Travel expenses (including the two mobility periods and probably one internship placement) Accommodation and living expenses Administrative/registration/enrolment fees During the second semester at LUT University, every student needs to pay Student Union about 70 €. During the third semester at TUBAF, every student needs to pay 84 € for the administration fees. These fees include discounts at the students’ canteen, fees for the Student Union, free internet access on campus and free access to the library, etc. Compulsory insurance, including medical and travel insurance All costs associated with applying for and obtaining appropriate visas and travel documentation All costs associated with studies (textbooks etc.) All other debts incurred during the course of their stay. Concerning tuition fees: TUBAF does not charge tuition fees from the participating student of the MSc.   • Personnel Actions Wages, working conditions, and employee benefits shall be established and administered, and personnel actions of every type, including hiring, upgrading, promotion, transfer, demotion, layoff, and termination, shall be taken without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability. The following procedures shall be followed:

  • Plagiarism The appropriation of another person's ideas, processes, results, or words without giving appropriate credit.

  • Personnel Costs The actual Worker Wage Rate for Contractor’s hourly employees and the Monthly Salary Rate of Contractor’s salaried personnel who are identified to Owner in advance and in writing but only for the time actually stationed at the Project site with Owner’s prior consent. The Project Manager’s Monthly Salary Rate may be included in the General Conditions Costs only when the Project Manager is directly located on and managing the Project. All personnel costs are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages, salaries and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Contractor for services performed for the Project.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxxx and his counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them. The Parties thereafter reached an accord on the compensation due to Xxxxxxxx and his counsel under general contract principles and the private attorney general doctrine and principles codified at California Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5, for all work performed through the mutual execution of this agreement. Under these legal principles, X. Xxxxx shall reimburse Xxxxxxxx’x counsel for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to X. Xxxxx’x attention, and negotiating a settlement in the public interest. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, X. Xxxxx shall issue a check payable to “Xxxxxxx Xxxxx” in the amount of $16,500.00 for delivery to the address identified in Section 3.2(a)(i), above.

  • Legal Fees and Costs In the event a party elects to incur legal expenses to enforce or interpret any provision of this Agreement by judicial proceedings, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover such legal expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and necessary disbursements at all court levels, in addition to any other relief to which such party shall be entitled.
