School Year; School Day; Hours of Operation. The Forest Grove Community School shall operate an instructional program in accordance with Exhibit B. Students will receive at least the minimum number of annual instructional hours pursuant to state laws or administrative rule. The 2007-08 school calendar shall be similar to the District’s school calendar. In subsequent years, the Forest Grove Community School’s calendar may differ from the District’s calendar. Forest Grove Community School will determine its school calendar annually and will provide a copy to the District by May 15th of each year.

School Year; School Day; Hours of Operation. ‌ KUA shall operate an instructional program in accordance with Section 4.B of this contract, unless otherwise stated in this contract. The school calendar shall be similar but may vary from the District’s school calendar. KUA will meet or exceed all instructional hour requirements in OAR 581-022-1620. KUA will determine and publish its school calendar annually, and will provide a copy to the District and the public no later ten (10) business days after the Medford School District calendar has been approved. If KUA plans to move to an extended year calendar, they will bring a proposal to the district by February of the year before the calendar would go into effect in order to negotiate legal impediments to the implementation of an extended year calendar, including but not limited to special education and transportation. An extended year calendar would need to be approved by both the KUA and MSD Boards or a status quo calendar would be implemented.

  • Hours of Operation 4.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide services during hours that are responsive to the needs of the population(s) to be served as determined by ADMINISTRATOR. At a minimum, CONTRACTOR shall provide services Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except COUNTY holidays as established by the Orange County Board of Supervisors. However, CONTRACTOR is encouraged to provide the contracted services on holidays, whenever possible.

  • PERIOD OF OPERATION Subject to certification, this Agreement shall come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after 1st December 2002 and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005.

  • Method of Operations The edging of sidewalks, paved approaches, and curbs shall create a distinct un-vegetated; approximately one-half (1/2) inch horizontally space between the structure and the turf. String trimmers shall not be used in edging. Edging also includes the removal of all sand and debris from the areas designated to be edged. Upon completion of edging by the Contractor, no growth, sand or debris shall touch any of the structures designated to be edged. The Contractor from the areas designated for edging shall remove all sand and debris. The cost of this removal and disposal shall be included in the unit price bid for mowing.
