This Exhibit A is attached to the Master Services Agreement, dated as of [_____________] 2003 by and between HP-OMS and Customer (the "Agreement") and made a part thereof by reference. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning specified in the Agreement. This document presents the provision of the Services provided by HP-OMS to the Customer. The Services will be provided following the "Transition and Stabilization Phases" at each Customer Site as described in EXHIBIT D.
