Payment of Salaries and Wages. Salaries of employees of Contractor performing Work under this Contract shall be paid unconditionally and not less often than once a month without deduction or rebate on any account except such payroll deductions as are mandated by law or permitted by the applicable regulations issued by the Secretary of Labor, pursuant to 40 U.S.C. § 276(c).
Payment of Salaries and Wages. Employees will be paid by Electronic Fund Transfer to their nominated account. Notwithstanding unforeseen circumstances, Council will release the funds prior to the designated Thursday pay day. Financial institutions may allow employee’s access to their pay prior to the designated pay day. However, Council does not have any responsibility other than ensuring the funds can be accessed on the designated Thursday pay day.
Payment of Salaries and Wages. 4.3.1 Salaries shall be paid fortnightly by direct credit to a bank account on receipt of the appropriate written authority from an employee. In the event of a direct credit not being able to be actioned, the amount of salary due to the employee shall be paid direct to the employee by cheque.
4.3.2 The employer shall provide to an employee a written advice of the gross pay and deductions made each time the employee's gross pay or any deduction is altered.
4.3.3 The employer may make deductions from employee's salaries for the following reasons:
a. unauthorised absence from work;
b. leave without pay;
c. where, on ending their employment, the employee has taken more annual leave than the amount owed to them;
d. errors or corrections in the employee's pay. Provided however, if deducting the overpayment in one lot from the employee's salary would cause the employee undue hardship, the employer will recover the amount of overpayment in instalments fixed after consultation with the employee.
Payment of Salaries and Wages. Existing Operators shall be responsible for the payment (or causing its Affiliates to make payment) to Existing Employees of all salaries and wages, including salaries and wages associated with paid time off, due or accrued for periods prior to (i) 11:59 PM on the Effective Date, with respect to PBS Employees and PCS Employees, and (ii) 12:00 AM on the Closing Date, with respect to EO Employees, each such payment to be made on the next regularly scheduled pay date, in all cases, subject to the Interim Period Agreements. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, this OTA Agreement shall not be deemed to create or grant to any Existing Employee and/or Transferred Employee any third party beneficiary rights or claims or any cause of action of any kind or nature. Existing Operators shall timely pay (or cause its Affiliates to pay) to all applicable Governmental Authorities all employment-related Taxes due with respect to Existing Employees for periods prior to (i) 11:59 PM on the Effective Date, with respect to PBS Employees and PCS Employees, and (ii) 12:00 AM on the Closing Date, with respect to EO Employees, in each case, including Existing Operators,’ PBS’ and PCS’ share of all FICA, state and federal unemployment Taxes and workers compensation insurance premiums, in all cases, subject to the Interim Period Agreements.
Payment of Salaries and Wages. The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly to all employees in accordance with Schedule "A".

Payment of Salaries and Wages. Service Provider will adhere to the statutory laws, including the labour law, and is required to pay Salaries / wages of all employees deployed at buyer location first i.e., on their own, latest by the 7th day of every calendar month. The service provider will then claim payment (re-imbursement) from Buyer by furnishing a bill of services provided along with all documentary proof of fulfilling all statutory payments, including EPF, ESIC, GST, etc. as well as proof of RTGS/ bank transfer or payment done to the staff. Payment to service provider will be done subject to availability of budget.
Payment of Salaries and Wages. 19.1. Payment of salaries and wages shall be made fortnightly on Council’s established pay-day, or at such other times as may be mutually agreed between the employer and employees, and paid directly by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into an account or accounts nominated by each employee.
19.2. The employer will ensure that direct payment is transmitted to the employees’ nominated account or accounts on pay-day.
19.3. Where a public holiday falls on the ordinary pay-day, the employer shall provide for such payment to be made on the working day preceding such holiday.
19.4. The employer shall arrange payment by cheque, cash or EFT for wages owing within 24 hours of notification that wages have not been paid on the nominated pay-day.
Payment of Salaries and Wages. 4.2.1 All salaries and wages shall be paid monthly into a bank account nominated by the employee.
4.2.2 Where the services of an employee are terminated, any salaries, wages and other entitlements due shall be paid, where practicable, on the date of termination or mailed on the next working day.
Payment of Salaries and Wages. 9.1 Salaries and wages, including overtime, shall be paid at fortnightly intervals by direct credit to a bank account nominated by the employee. Each employee shall be supplied with written details showing clearly how their wages are made up.
9.2 There shall be no unnecessary delay in the payment of wages/salaries due. Where the normal pay-day is Thursday, and a special holiday falls on the Friday of pay week, wages/salaries shall be paid not later than Wednesday of that week.
9.3 Except as otherwise especially provided in this agreement, no deductions shall be made from weekly wages except for time lost through default of an employee.
9.4 At the termination of the employment all wages/salaries and other payments due under this agreement shall be paid without delay.
9.5 The provisions of the Wages Protection Xxx 0000 and its amendments shall apply.
9.6 The provisions of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000 with regard to wages and time records shall apply.
