SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). This Agreement is not a Purchase Order and does not authorize Seller to provide any services. Services shall be authorized only via an approved RPS Purchase Order. Once an authorized Purchase Order has been issued, Seller shall provide services in accordance with the incorporated Statement of Work.
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). The bidder shall supply, install and commission GPS Devices (on vehicles) complying with the standards and specifications as mentioned in Anexure-2 of this RFP document along with one year of FMS services, which shall be valid from the date of commission of device (s) at various locations across Rajasthan as defined in WO. The bidder shall also provide Operational & Technical Support Services, Maintenance etc. for the existing GPS devices and for the new GPS devices. The scope of work is divided into following major parts:

SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). The Sponsor agrees to the supplemental work proposed by University as presented by Exhibit A.
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). The Consultant agrees to provide the services in accordance with the Agreement Documents, and as reasonably required in accordance with management at the time when, and at the place where, the services are performed (the “Services”).
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). The SOW is detailed in the attachment provided by Xxxxxx Xxxxx dated November 23, 2020 and is incorporated herein by this reference. Xxxxxx Xxxxx will assist Cerritos College by providing the templates and processes for the program management office, clarifying roles and responsibilities for IT governance, and by facilitating progress reports and meetings. Our planned approach for these activities is described below.
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). A. The bidder is expected to conduct training, which provides an overview of training courses (as per defined in annexure A-G) to government officers so they acquire knowledge and practical skills to deal with various complex technical issues. The training is envisaged to be of as per given time period in annexure A-G and such that the training completion certificate makes the trainees eligible to apply for certification exam. The details of the training are given in the following subsections. For this purpose, the selected bidder shall be required to conduct the following activities:
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). The expert will explore through desk research and analyses legal and other aspects to clearly identify obstacles regarding poor financing and low level of development of R&I activities at faculties and universities and other research organisations. Following that, he/she will draft a policy paper which provides a short analysis of the state of play and provides policy recommendations for: (1) increasing public and other funding for R&I; (2) how effectively integrating R&I and teaching at universities and faculties; (3) how to increase incentives for academic staff and other researchers for more productive engagements in R&I. In addition, the expert will support the Riinvest team engaged in the PA project for advocating and presenting the Report at governmental and parliamentary bodies as necessary. The approximate XxX for implementation of this SoW is one (1) person month during the period January – February – March 2023.
