Section 12.2.1. All employees subject to this agreement shall, as a condition of employment, shall comply with
Section 12.2.1. 15 The District agrees to follow SEBB eligibility rules for employees who are anticipated to work 630 hours or 16 more per school year.
Section 12.2.1 the District decide to discharge any non-annual employee, the employee shall be so 32 notified in writing prior to the expiration of the instructional year.
Section 12.2.1. 24 The parties recognize that an employee should have the option of declining to participate as a 25 member in the Association, yet contribute financially to the activities of the Association in 26 representing such employee as a member of the bargaining unit. Therefore, as an alternative to, 27 and in lieu of the membership requirements of the previous sections of the Article, an employee 28 who declines membership in the Association may pay to the Association each month a service 29 charge as a contribution towards the administration of this Agreement in an amount equal to the 30 regular monthly dues. This service charge shall be collected in the same manner as monthly 31 dues.
Section 12.2.1. 10 Due to the pooling aspect of this insurance agreement, replacement employees and new employees 11 (hired after the start of the year) shall receive insurance benefits as follows: Employees will be 12 eligible for a maximum of the state provided amount per FTE as described in 12.1 and 12.2 above 13 (based on 1,440 hours as 1.0 FTE) per month, effective the 1st of the month following the month 14 that the employee completes the minimum amount of days to qualify for benefits. All qualified 15 employees will be included in the first pooling process after date of hire.
Section 12.2.1. Salary and reimbursement for employees subject to this Agreement to attend recognized 3 vocational courses within the State of Washington.
Section 12.2.1. 41 At the beginning of each work year, each part-time employee shall be credited with an 42 advanced sick leave allowance for bona fide illnesses of ten (10) days. Each part-time
Section 12.2.1. 14 Regular routes vacated due to extended absences expected to be greater than three (3) months, will be re- 15 bid and be assigned to the most senior driver who bid the route.
Section 12.2.1. 15 Through December 31, 2019, upon closing of the insurance plan enrollment periods, the 16 District shall compare the bargaining unit insurance premium usage to the size of the premium 17 pool. Such information shall be provided to the Association.
