Sector policy. The strategic framework was developed further to extensive analysis and data collection and included assessment of the effectiveness and impact of the previous sector policies. The strategic framework was subject to extensive and open public consultation including all stakeholders, including national institutions, civil society and business associations. The overall sector strategy is presented in the Employment and Social Reform Programme (ESRP), adopted in August 2017. The ESRP clearly sets the long-term objectives and priorities in the sector. It aligns all sub-sector national strategies in the area of education, employment, social and health protection, including the National Employment Strategy and the Comprehensive Education Strategy. Part One of the ESRP provides in-depth analysis of the social, employment and education sector in the country, Part Two of the ESRP clearly sets the long-term objectives and priorities in the sector.   • GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY CONTRACTOR shall establish a Good Neighbor Policy, 25 which shall be reviewed and approved by ADMINISTRATOR. The policy shall include, but not be 26 limited to, staff training to deal with neighbor complaints, staff contact information available to 27 neighboring residents and complaint procedures. CONTRACTOR shall also contact city management 28 in each city where Client services are provided to inform them of the nature of the services provided 29 under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall work collaboratively with city management to resolve any 30 concerns regarding community relations.

  • SPAM POLICY You are strictly prohibited from using the Website or any of the Company's Services for illegal spam activities, including gathering email addresses and personal information from others or sending any mass commercial emails.

  • Renewal Policy Your account will automatically renew at maturity. You will have a grace period of seven (7) calendar days after the maturity date to withdraw the funds in the account without being charged an early withdrawal penalty. During this grace period you may make additional deposits.

  • CONSULTANT’S INSURANCE The Consultant shall maintain the types of insurance and limits of coverage identified in Exhibit A which is attached and made part of this Contract.
