Security Company. 31.1 It is recorded that the Developer, during the development period and thereafter the Board, will be entitled to appoint a single Security Company during the development period on terms and conditions to be determined by the Developer or the Board, as the case may be, in its sole discretion.
31.2 The Association and each Sub-Association, as the case may be, may only utilize the services of the single Security Company appointed by the Developer, during the development period, and thereafter by the Board, for the whole of the development.
31.3 The services of the appointed Security Company, must be utilised by the Management Company.
31.4 The Security Company may utilise camera equipment (if applicable) within the development, subject to the condition that the privacy of each Sub-Member/Occupant of a Land Unit, must at all times be respected and honoured as far as possible.
31.6 The security services must at all times be rendered by such Security Company at market related prices.
31.7 The Association and/or the Developer will not accept any responsibility or liability in respect of any damages caused by the Security Company and/or any of its employees or vehicles utilised.
Security Company. 4.1 The security company shall always, keep an eye on the security personnel assigned to the Employers premises.
4.2 The security company shall designate its authorized representative to stay connected with the Employers, as well as to take and conduct its orders.
4.3 The security company shall make sure the security guards it assigns uphold strict discipline and conduct in a way that does not impede, irritate, or interference with the Commission's operations.
4.4 The security company shall not divulge any information about the Employers security arrangement to a third party, including but not limited to the assignment guidelines, timetables, and other future written or verbal arrangements made with the Employer.
4.5 The security company shall be required to immediately replace any security guards who have been fired by the security company, gone on leave, or gone missing without permission with another security guard at the premises.
4.6 The security company shall oversee the timely payment, rights, and obligations of the security guards in line with the Security Company's employment contract and the applicable labor law then in effect in Pakistan.
4.7 The security company shall provide uniforms and all necessary equipment to the security guards to the entire satisfaction of the Employer.
4.8 The security company shall at its own discretion, obtain life insurance cover for its security guards and shall take all other necessary steps to ensure that the Employer is not liable for any loss to the security guards or to any of his belongings under any circumstances whatsoever
4.9 Guards will remain in uniform (duly approved by Government of Pakistan) while on duty.
4.10 Attendance of Security Guards will be biometric and double duty of any Security Guard will not be allowed/ paid.
4.11 Promptly pay any payments
4.12 Provide uninterrupted access to the Security Company at the premises where the security personnel are proposed to be deputed.
4.13 Coordinate with the Security Company concerning any arrangements of the Services
4.14 Have the right, within reason, to have removed a security guard from the Premises subject to prior intimation to the Security Company and the Security Company shall be bound to remove the said security guard from the Premises forthwith upon being provided reasonable grounds thereof and depute another security guard at the Premises with immediate effect.

Security Company. A company that provides security-related (e.g., anti-virus) software or services that block or permit installation or use of software products on its customers’ devices, or makes recommendations to its customers about risks of using or installing software products.
Security Company. If the Holder wants to retain the security services of a company for personal use, in addition to the one retained by the Ma- nagement for the security of the whole the Property, this company shall be appro- ved by the Management and comply with the security guidelines established in this Agreement. Security Company. The Security Company shall;
a) supervise the security guards deputed at the Premises of the Commission at all times.
b) nominate its authorized representative in order to maintain a liaison with the Commission and to receive and execute orders from the Commission.
c) ensure that the security guards provided by it maintain perfect discipline and behavior and do not in any manner cause any interference, annoyance, nuisance to the Commission or its business.
d) not disclose to a third party any information regarding the security arrangement of the Commission including but not limited to the assignment instructions, schedules and other subsequent agreements entered into with the Commission either in writing or verbally.
e) be bound to depute another security guard at the Premises with immediate effect in substitution of security guard who is dismissed by the Security Company or has proceeded on leave or is missing without leave.
f) be responsible for the timely payment and rights and liabilities of the security guards in accordance with the applicable labor law for the time being in force in Pakistan and employment agreement of the Security Company.
g) provide uniforms and all necessary equipment to the security guards to the entire satisfaction of the Commission.
h) at its own discretion, obtain life insurance cover for its security guards and shall take all other necessary steps to ensure that the Commission is not liable for any loss to the security guards or to any of his belongings under any circumstances whatsoever.
Security Company i) The Security Company must be registered with the Private Security Industries Regulatory Authority (PSIRA).
ii) A certified copy of the registration document must be submitted.
iii) Proof of registration at the Department of Labour must be submitted.
