DISCIPLINE AND CONDUCT. 18.1) It is the responsibility of the Service Provider to provide the uniform to its persons as per the pattern i.e. design & colour, as may be approved by DM CTU & DT UT Chandigarh and expenditure on this account shall be borne by the Service Provider himself. The wearing of uniforms by the persons of the Service Provider deployed on duty in the Chandigarh Transport Undertaking shall be compulsory. If any person, while on duty, is found without uniform, suitable penalty for such lapse will be recovered from the monthly bill of the Service Provider. The Divisional Manager, CTU & Director Transport, U.T., Chandigarh, however, may increase the amount of penalty in case(s) of repeated defaults as deemed fit. 18.2) The Service Provider shall issue Identity Cards indicating his Trading Style (Insignia) at his own cost, to its persons deployed for rendering the services in Chandigarh Transport Undertaking and may be inspected at any time by the officers so authorized by the Divisional Manager, CTU & Director Transport, U.T., Chandigarh. Chandigarh Transport Undertaking may refuse the entry into its premises to any personnel of the Service Provider not bearing such Identity Card or not being perfectly dressed in uniform. 18.3) In case any of the persons so deployed by the Service Provider does not come upto the mark or does not perform his duties satisfactorily or indulges in any unlawful act or misconduct, the Service Provider shall take suitable action against such person on the direction of the Director Transport or any other officer so authorized by him in this regard and should submit compliance report within 7 days positively. 18.4) The Service Provider shall deploy his employees in such a way that they get weekly rest and other holidays/National holidays, as admissible under various Labour Laws as applicable in this regard by keeping the required number of leave reserves so as to ensure smooth functioning of the Services/Activities within the Scope of Work at Annexure-'C to C2' and no extra payment shall be made to the reservist(s). We further agree to require our child(ren) to show respect for those in authority over them in the school such as teachers, assistants, janitors, administrators, and church staff. FAMILY DISCOUNT: Families with more than one child in the program receive a 10% discount for each additional child.

If the illness or injury is of a less serious nature, Cascade Christian Schools Extended School staff will evaluate, treat if necessary (example: cleansing a wound), and notify the parent. We give permission for Extended School staff to administer first aid or CPR as deemed necessary. FAMILY DISCOUNT: Families with more than one child in the program receive a 7.5% discount for each additional child. FAMILY INFORMATION RELEASE: We understand that our names and contact information are added to the schools’ database and we may receive school publications and information (letters, phone calls, etc.) regarding financial needs of CCS. We also understand that the names, addresses, and phone numbers of grandparents listed will be added to the same database. If we would like the names of our children’s grandparents removed from this list, we may contact the Development Office. FINAL ADMITTANCE: Admittance is contingent on approval by the Site Coordinator and the School Principal. FIELD TRIPS: I hereby give permission for my child to participate in field trips (including transportation to and from field trips) taken by Cascade Christian Schools Extended School Program.   • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. CamCare retains the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether or not Your use of the Service is consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. CamCare may suspend, restrict or terminate Your use of the Service and to refuse any future use of all or portions of the Service if Your use breaches or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Additionally, CamCare may seek any and all other remedies available to it, including: (a) seeking injunctive relief with any court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin any breach or failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and/or (b) if damages are ascertainable, seeking damages relating to any breach or failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • User Conduct You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to Mobile Banking; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of Mobile Banking by any other user; or (j) use Mobile Banking in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.
