Selection of Evaluator. For the purposes of evaluation, District-wide and site-based (Special Education staff certificated) shall choose, no later than September 30 of each year, between their respective Program Director or site supervisor (or principal). The following evaluation language shall apply only to those certificated staff being evaluated using OSPI-approved, CEL 5D+ framework. VI.1 (Section 1) – Evaluation System Preamble 1. The evaluation procedures set forth herein shall be to improve the educational program by improving the quality of instruction. 2. The evaluation process shall recognize strengths, identify areas needing improvement, and provide support for professional growth. 3. Within the selected instructional framework, teachers will be allowed to exercise their professional judgement and will be evaluated on their practice, skills and knowledge. 4. An evaluation system should be grounded in trust and respect by all parties through the use of objective standards and by minimizing subjectivity. The parties agree that the following evaluation system is to be implemented in a manner consistent with good faith and mutual respect and, as defined in RCW 28A.405.110 (1). Additionally, the parties agree that the evaluation process is one which will be implemented with collaboration between the evaluator and the bargaining unit member, as described in WAC 392-191-02S: To identify in consultation with classroom teachers and certificated support personnel observed, particular areas in which their professional performance is satisfactory or outstanding, and particular areas in which the classroom teacher or support person needs to improve his or her performance. Purpose – The following evaluation process has the following element, goals, and objectives: 1) An evaluation system must be meaningful, helpful and objective; 2) an evaluation system must encourage improvements in teaching skills, techniques, and abilities identifying areas needing improvement; 3) an evaluation system must provide a mechanism to make meaningful distinctions among teachers and to acknowledge, recognize, and encourage superior teaching performance; 4) an evaluation system must encourage respect in the evaluation process by the persons conducting the evaluations and the persons subject to the evaluations through recognizing the importance of objective standards minimizing subjectivity. Selection of Evaluator. 1. The parties met and conferred and selected Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, located at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Suite 1300, Chicago, Illinois 60606, as the Evaluator. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx has sufficient expertise and available time to perform the duties set forth in this Agreement. The Evaluator will assess the City’s progress in implementing and achieving compliance with the Agreement and report on the status of implementation to the Parties; work with the Parties to address any barriers to compliance; and assist the Parties to informally resolve disputes or differences should they emerge. 2. The Evaluator shall be subject to the supervision of DOJ, consistent with this Agreement and the Oversight and Reform Plan. The Evaluator shall have the duties, responsibilities, and authority necessary to carry out the terms of this Agreement. The Evaluator shall not, and is not intended to, replace or assume the role and duties of the Chief of Police or the DOJ. The DOJ will ultimately decide whether VPD is in Substantial Compliance with the provisions herein. 3. In order to assess and report on VPD’s implementation of this Agreement and whether implementation is resulting in constitutional policing, the Evaluator shall conduct qualitative and quantitative compliance reviews, audits, and outcome assessments as specified herein, and such additional audits, reviews, and assessments that the Evaluator or Parties deem appropriate. The Evaluator may set frequent and regular meetings that the City and VPD must attend to ensure compliance with the Agreement.

  • Selection of Administrator The Parties have jointly selected CPT Group, Inc. to serve as the Administrator and verified that, as a condition of appointment, CPT Group, Inc. agrees to be bound by this Agreement and to perform, as a fiduciary, all duties specified in this Agreement in exchange for payment of Administration Expenses.   • SELECTION OF ELIGIBLE FOREIGN CUSTODIANS Subject to the provisions of this Section 3.2, the Foreign Custody Manager may place and maintain the Foreign Assets in the care of the Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager in each country listed on Schedule A, as amended from time to time. In performing its delegated responsibilities as Foreign Custody Manager to place or maintain Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian, the Foreign Custody Manager shall determine that the Foreign Assets will be subject to reasonable care, based on the standards applicable to custodians in the country in which the Foreign Assets will be held by that Eligible Foreign Custodian, after considering all factors relevant to the safekeeping of such assets, including, without limitation the factors specified in Rule 17f-5(c)(1).

  • Final Evaluation IC must submit a final report and a project evaluation to the Arts Commission within thirty (30) days after the completion of the Services. Any and all unexpended funds from IC must be returned to City no later than sixty (60) days after the completion of the Services.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. The Choate Team will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

  • Benchmarking 19.1 The Parties shall comply with the provisions of Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking) in relation to the benchmarking of any or all of the Goods and/or Services.

  • Selection of Sub-Adviser(s) The Adviser shall have the authority hereunder to select and retain sub-advisers, including an affiliated person (as defined under the 0000 Xxx) of the Adviser (each a “Sub-Adviser”), for each of the Funds referenced in Schedule A to perform some or all of the services for which the Adviser is responsible pursuant to this Agreement. The Adviser shall supervise the activities of the sub-adviser(s), and the retention of a sub-adviser by the Adviser shall not relieve the Adviser of its responsibilities under this Agreement. Any such sub-adviser shall be registered and in good standing with the Commission and capable of performing its sub- advisory duties pursuant to a sub-advisory agreement approved by the Trust’s Board of Trustees and, except as otherwise permitted by the 1940 Act or by rule or regulation, a vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the applicable Fund. The Adviser will compensate the sub-adviser for its services to the Funds.
