Selling and Accepting Payments. Accepting Payments Receiving payments If you use your PayPal account to receive payments for the sale of goods or services or to receive donations, you must: • Pay any applicable fees for receiving the funds. • Not ask your buyer to send you money using the “send money to a friend or family member.” If you do so, PayPal may remove your PayPal account’s ability to accept payments from friends or family members. By integrating into your online checkout/platform any functionality intended to enable a payer without a PayPal account to send a payment to your PayPal account, you agree to all further terms of use of that functionality which PayPal will make available to you on any page on the PayPal or Braintree website (including any page for developers and our Legal Agreements page) or online platform. Such further terms include the PayPal Alternative Payment Methods Agreement.

Selling and Accepting Payments. You can use your PayPal Account to receive payments for the sale of goods or services. You may request a payment from a buyer, in which case we will send the buyer a detailed payment request or notification. We’ll let you know when you’ve been paid and the funds will appear in your account. If you use your PayPal Account to receive payments for the sale of goods or services, you must pay any applicable fees for receiving the funds. You agree that fees may be deducted from payments you receive. As a seller, you can accept payments from a buyer’s account through Preapproved Payments either on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. When you receive a payment from a buyer located abroad, the amount will be converted to Brazilian Reais at the moment of the transaction. The currency conversions will be performed in accordance with section International Payments.

Restricted Activities and Holds In connection with your use of our websites, your PayHalal™ account, the PayHalal™ services, or in the course of your interactions with PayHalal™, other PayHalal™ customers, or third parties, you will not: • Breach this Agreement, or any other agreement between you and PayHalal™, or violate any PayHalal™ policy. • Violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (for example, those governing financial services, consumer protections, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising). • Infringe PayHalal™'s or any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy. • Sell counterfeit or haram (forbidden) goods; • Act in a manner that is defamatory, trade libelous, threatening or harassing; • Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information; • Refuse to cooperate in an investigation or provide confirmation of your identity or any information you provide to us; • Attempt to double dip during the course of a dispute by receiving or attempting to receive funds from both PayHalal™ and the seller, bank or card issuer for the same transaction; • Control an account that is linked to another account that has engaged in any of these restricted activities; • Use your PayHalal™ account or the PayHalal™ services in a manner that PayHalal™, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or any other electronic funds transfer network reasonably believes to be an abuse of the card system or a violation of card association or network rules. • Allow your PayHalal™ account to have a negative PayHalal™ balance. • Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our websites, software, systems (including any networks and servers used to provide any of the PayHalal™ services) operated by us or on our behalf or the...
