Sending Funds Transfers a. Cutoff times for Payment Orders. We have cutoff times for processing payment orders. Cutoff times vary depending on the type of payment order. If we receive your domestic payment order after 3:00 PM (CT), or international payment order after 2:00 PM (CT), or on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, it may be processed on the next funds transfer Business Day. b. Amending or Canceling Payment Orders. You may only amend or cancel a payment order prior to the funds transfer being sent by us. If you ask us to do this, we may make a reasonable effort to act on your request. But we are not liable to you if, for any reason, a payment order is not amended or cancelled. You agree to reimburse us for any costs, losses or damages that we incur in connection with your request to amend or cancel a payment order.
Sending Funds Transfers. You may subscribe to certain services such as external transfer requests for ACH system funds transfers which will move money from another financial institution into your Credit Union account or from your Credit Union account to another financial institution.

We are not required to compensate you, and we are not required to credit or adjust your account for any loss of interest or interest equivalent. Calculations Unless otherwise prohibited by law, we are obligated to pay for loss of interest that results from our error or delay regarding your payment order, we calculate compensation as follows. With an analyzed checking account, we credit the account to reflect the applicable value date or otherwise adjust the account under our account analysis procedure, to recalculate earnings credits for the period involved. With a non-analyzed, non-interest bearing account, we use a rate equal to the average of the Federal Funds rates set by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, less a reserve factor. With a non- analyzed, interest-bearing account, we use the rate applicable to the account. If we have a separate agreement with you specifying a different calculation method, we use that method instead. We may receive instructions to pay funds to your account. We may receive funds transfers directly from the sender, through a funds transfer system or through some other communications system.   • Funds Transfers With respect to each Instruction for a Cash transfer, when the Instruction is to credit or pay a party by both a name and a unique numeric or alpha-numeric identifier (e.g., IBAN or ABA or account number), BNY Mellon and any other bank participating in the Cash transfer will be entitled to rely solely on such numeric or alpha-numeric identifier, even if it identifies a party different from the party named. Such reliance on an identifier will apply to beneficiaries named in the Instruction, as well as any financial institution that is designated in the Instruction to act as an intermediary in such Cash transfer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Parties will be bound by the rules of any transfer system used to effect a Cash transfer under this Agreement.

  • Electronic Funds Transfers By signing the Account Card, completing and transmitting an online account card or service request, or signing or using the Visa Debit Card, or Home Banking service you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service.   • Funds Transfer Disbursements The Borrower hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to disburse the proceeds of any Loan made by the Lenders or any of their Affiliates pursuant to the Loan Documents as requested by an authorized representative of the Borrower to any of the accounts designated in the Disbursement Instruction Agreement.

  • Notices to Clearing Agency Whenever a notice or other communication to the Noteholders is required under this Indenture, unless and until Definitive Notes shall have been issued to such Note Owners pursuant to Section 2.13, the Indenture Trustee shall give all such notices and communications specified herein to be given to Holders of the Notes to the Clearing Agency, and shall have no obligation to such Note Owners.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Upon reinstatement by Xxxxxxxx, this Security Instrument and obligations secured hereby shall remain fully effective as if no acceleration had occurred. However, this right to reinstate shall not apply in the case of acceleration under Section 18.

  • Transfer to a safe job (a) Where an employee is pregnant and, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, illness or risks arising out of the pregnancy or hazards connected with the work assigned to the employee make it inadvisable for the employee to continue at her present work, the employee will, if the employer deems it practicable, be transferred to a safe job at the rate and on the conditions attaching to that job until the commencement of maternity leave. (b) If the transfer to a safe job is not practicable, the employee may elect, or the employer may require the employee to commence parental leave for such period as is certified necessary by a registered medical practitioner.

  • Domestic Subcustodians and Securities Depositories The Custodian may deposit and/or maintain, either directly or through one or more agents appointed by the Custodian, Investments of the Fund in any Securities Depository in the United States, including The Depository Trust Company, provided such Depository meets applicable requirements of the Federal Reserve Bank or of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Custodian may, at any time and from time to time, appoint any bank as defined in Section 2(a)(5) of the 1940 Act meeting the requirements of a custodian under Section 17(f) of the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, to act on behalf of the Fund as a Subcustodian for purposes of holding Investments of the Fund in the United States.

  • Establishment of Custodial Account; Deposits in Custodial Account The Seller shall segregate and hold all funds collected and received pursuant to each Mortgage Loan separate and apart from any of its own funds and general assets and shall establish and maintain one or more Custodial Accounts (collectively, the “Custodial Account”), titled “PrimeLending, in trust for Redwood Residential Acquisition Corporation as Purchaser of Mortgage Loans and various Mortgagors.” Such Custodial Account shall be an Eligible Account established with a commercial bank, a savings bank or a savings and loan association (which may be a depository affiliate of the Seller) which meets the guidelines set forth by the FHFA, Fxxxxx Mxx or Fxxxxxx Mac as an eligible depository institution for custodial accounts. The Custodial Account shall not be transferred to any other depository institution without the Purchaser’s approval, which shall not unreasonably be withheld. In any case, the Custodial Account shall be insured by the FDIC in a manner which shall provide maximum available insurance thereunder and which may be drawn on by the Seller. The Seller shall deposit in the Custodial Account on a daily basis, and retain therein the following payments and collections received or made by it subsequent to the related Cut-off Date (other than in respect of principal and interest on the Mortgage Loans due on or before the related Cut-off Date): (a) all payments on account of principal, including Principal Prepayments, on the Mortgage Loans; (b) all payments on account of interest on the Mortgage Loans adjusted to the related Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate; (c) all Liquidation Proceeds; (d) all proceeds received by the Seller under any title insurance policy, hazard insurance policy, Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy or other insurance policy other than proceeds to be held in the Escrow Account and applied to the restoration or repair of the Mortgaged Property or released to the Mortgagor in accordance with Customary Servicing Procedures; (e) all awards or settlements in respect of condemnation proceedings or eminent domain affecting any Mortgaged Property which are not released to the Mortgagor in accordance with Customary Servicing Procedures; (f) any amount required to be deposited in the Custodial Account pursuant to Subsections 11.15 and 11.19; (g) any amount required to be deposited by the Seller in connection with any REO Property pursuant to Subsection 11.13; (h) all amounts required to be deposited by the Seller in connection with shortfalls in principal amount of Substitute Mortgage Loans pursuant to Subsection 7.03; (i) with respect to each Full Prepayment and each Partial Prepayment, an amount (to be paid by the Seller out of its own funds) equal to the Prepayment Interest Shortfall; provided, however, that the Seller’s aggregate obligations under this paragraph for any month shall be limited to the total amount of Servicing Fees actually received with respect to the Mortgage Loans by the Seller during such month; and (j) amounts required to be deposited by the Seller in connection with the deductible clause of any hazard insurance policy. The foregoing requirements for deposit in the Custodial Account shall be exclusive, it being understood and agreed that, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, payments in the nature of late payment charges, assumption fees and other ancillary fees need not be deposited by the Seller in the Custodial Account. The Seller may invest the funds in the Custodial Account in Eligible Investments designated in the name of the Seller for the benefit of the Purchaser, which shall mature not later than the Business Day next preceding the earlier of (i) the Servicing Transfer Date or (ii) the Remittance Date next following the date of such investment (except that (A) any investment in the institution with which the Custodial Account is maintained may mature on the Servicing Transfer Date or such Remittance Date, as applicable, and (B) any other investment may mature on the Servicing Transfer Date or such Remittance Date, as applicable, if the Seller shall advance funds on the Servicing Transfer Date or such Remittance Date, as applicable, pending receipt thereof to the extent necessary to make distributions to the Purchaser) and shall not be sold or disposed of prior to maturity. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein and above, all income and gain realized from any such investment shall be for the benefit of the Seller and shall be subject to withdrawal by the Seller. The amount of any losses incurred in respect of any such investments shall be deposited in the Custodial Account by the Seller out of its own funds immediately as realized.
