SEP Completion Dates. The SEPs shall be concluded by September 16, 2011 (“SEPs Completion Date”). A final report shall be provided to the Regional Water Board and the State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Financial Assistance by October 31, 2011, as described in Paragraph 14.
SEP Completion Dates. The proposed timeline for completion of SEP (1) is consistent with the SEP Policy, which requires that all projects be completed within 36 months of the adoption of this order. SEP (2) requires 48 months for completion. Pursuant to SEP Policy section VIII.X., the Director of OE may approve a project implementation schedule memorialized in a stipulated order allowing for a SEP to be completed within 48 months based on a finding that a SEP provides an exceptional environmental benefit. On January 25, 2023, the Director of OE granted the Prosecution Team’s request for the 48-month project implementation schedule through issuance of the Director of the Office of Enforcement’s Findings of Exceptional Environmental Benefit for the City of San Diego’s Proposed Supplemental Environmental Project with a 48-month Project Schedule, based on finding an exceptional environmental benefit.
SEP Completion Dates. The Mariposa SEP shall be concluded, and a final report shall be provided to the Central Valley Water Board by the SEP Completion Date. Upon a showing of good cause and upon written agreement of the Parties, the Central Valley Water Board, or its delegee, may extend the SEP Completion Date.

The Private Sewer Lateral Replacement Program SEP shall be concluded, and a Certificate of Completion shall be provided to the Central Valley Water Board by February 1, 2018 (“Private Sewer Lateral Replacement Program SEP Completion Date”). The SEP shall be implemented in accordance with the schedule and milestone dates provided in the Private Sewer Lateral SEP Deliverables included as Attachment L.
