SERVICE NUMBER PORTABILITY. CSG shall provide a logical interface for routing required data to Customer's selected service number portability provider. Customer shall be responsible for any logical interface requirements necessary for its selected service number portability provider. Customer is also responsible for any additional requirements that are not in CSG standard package.

Allendale will order interconneciton circuits from Ameritech to be installed from the Allendale Central Office at 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx , to the GTE Muskegon East Central Office, the host office for the Coopersville Remote Office, at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Muskegon, Michigan. This interconnection will be configured for two-way local traffic from Allendale to GTE and from GTE to Allendale. Compensation for the interconnection will be pursuant to Article IV, Paragraph 4.2. SERVICE NUMBER PORTABILITY. CSG will provide time and cost estimates for modifications necessary to accommodate the required interface to Customer's selected provider. Provider requirements must be provided to CSG a minimum of 90 to 120 days prior to implementation of the selected interface to allow adequate lead time for development.
SERVICE NUMBER PORTABILITY. Provided that your Service Number is capable of being transferred, you may transfer it from your current Supplier to us if that Service Number is declared portable under the Numbering Plan. If in providing the Voice Services to you, we need to change your arrangements with your current Supplier, then you acknowledge that you may be required to provide any necessary authorisation, pursuant to which you acknowledge and agree: to your current Supplier transferring to us your Service Number; that we are only transferring your Service Number not your Voice Service; that by transferring your Service Number, the Voice Service associated with that Service Number may be disconnected by your current Supplier and result in finalisation of your account for those services; that there may be costs and obligations associated with transferring your Service Number away from your current Supplier. You may have an ongoing contract with your current Supplier which requires the payment of cancellation and/or termination fees to your current Supplier if you transfer your Service Number to us; that your current Supplier may or may not disconnect your existing service; that you may need to purchase approved Voice Equipment to access the Voice Service; and that we do not warrant that we can transfer your Service Number from your current Supplier. Your current Supplier may reject the request to port, if the information you provide is incorrect or does not match the data held by your current Supplier. That we are not obligated to advise or act on your behalf in regards to cancelling your existing service with your current Supplier. You acknowledge and agree that if you wish to transfer your Service Number from us to another Supplier then you must contact that other Supplier to implement the transfer. We will not accept any liability for any amounts owing by you to another Supplier for services which the other Supplier provided to you prior to the commencement of the Voice Services. You agree to indemnify us against any claims made on us by your previous Supplier in relation to such amounts.
