Services Definitions i. Category I (Routine updates impacting Root Zone File). Routine change requests that alter the technical data published in the DNS root zone (e.g. changes to NS records, DS records and glue records). A third party may be engaged to compile, publish and distribute the root zone.
ii. Category II (Routine updates not impacting Root Zone File). Routine change requests that do not alter the DNS root zone (e.g., contact data and metadata). These changes do not require changes to the root zone.
iii. Category III (Creating or Transferring a gTLD). Requests to create (“delegate”) or transfer (“redelegate” or “assign”) a generic TLD. These changes require additional processing by Contractor to ensure policy and contractual requirements associated with a change of control for the TLD are met.
iv. Category IV (Creating or Transferring a ccTLD). Requests to create or transfer a country-code TLD. These changes require additional processing by Contractor to ensure policy requirements are met. This processing includes additional analysis on the change request, production of a report, and review of the report (including verification that all existing registration data has been successfully transferred from the old to new registry operator).
v. Category V (Other change requests). Other non-routine change requests. Contractor is required to process change requests that may have special handling requirements, or require additional documentary evidence or clarifications from the customer or third parties, that prevent automating the handling of the request. These requests include, but are not limited to:
1. Customers that require requests to be handled outside the online self-service platform, such as those lodging change requests through the exchange of postal mail;
2. Customers that have placed special handling instructions on file with Contractor, or have otherwise asked for special handling for a request that deviates from the normal process, resulting in the request being executed manually;

Services Definitions. This Agreement contains general terms applicable to any Services that You purchase or license from Us. All Services will be identified in an Services Order or SOW and specific terms and conditions will apply.

Services Definitions. Xxxxxx Monitoring Services. Combined Netflow and intrusion detection system monitoring, with analysis of related data; event notification and delivery; and management of associated devices, including hardware and software necessary for service delivery. Also referred to as “Services”. Security Operation Center (SOC) – 24 X 7 X 365 watch and warning center that provides network monitoring, dissemination of cyber threat warnings and vulnerability identification and mitigation recommendations.
Services Definitions. A. Phase 1 Services Schedule: The time included from Notice to Proceed (NTP) with the Preliminary Agreement for Phase 1 Services, and concludes upon action by the Owner to accept or otherwise decide in accordance with the Agreement with respect to the completed work products and the Design-Builder’s GMP Proposal, not to exceed 120 days.
B. Design – Builder Site Survey: In addition to information provided by the Owner, Design-Builder shall prepare or provide any further detailed site survey including but not limited to: legal boundary survey, easements and right-of-ways, topographical information, location of all surface structures and other improvements, location of significant trees, location of all underground and overhead utilities on site or in/over adjacent right-of-ways required for Design – Builder to prepare and present the GMP Proposal for Owner review and acceptance. Surveyor’s scope-of-work shall be prepared or approved by the Design-Builder’s architect-of-record.
C. Design – Builder Geotechnical Investigation Report: In addition to information provided by Owner, Design-Builder shall prepare or provide a detailed geotechnical subsurface investigation suitable for the design of the project’s foundations and other subsurface improvements. Geotechnical engineer’s scope-of-work for drilling, number and location of test holes or pits, soil sample analysis and foundation recommendations shall be prepared or approved by the Design-Builder’s structural and civil engineers. Note: in the Final Agreement for Phase 2 Services, the Design-Builder assumes responsibility for all subsurface conditions, except hazardous materials (as defined by the U.S. Government or by the State of Kansas) and unknown man-made objects.
D. Program of Facility Requirements (Program): Developed by the Design-Builder in consultation with the Owner. The Owner's requirements for size, arrangement, organization, and location of functional spaces, description of space functions, identification of fittings, equipment, and furnishings, description of the physical and environmental requirements for each space, together with a description of the image, goals, or "mission" of the project. Includes detailed Room Data Sheets for each programmed space.
