Short Notice Work Schedule Change. At least forty-eight (48) hours advance notification shall be afforded affected employees when work schedule changes lasting less than thirty (30) calendar days are required by the City. In instances where forty-eight (48) hours advance notification is not provided to an employee, said employee shall be compensated at the overtime rate of pay for the first work shift worked under the new schedule.
