Short Rest. A non-exempt RN will be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the RN's regular straight-time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in a shift if the RN had less than ten

Short Rest. For all hours worked on a shift if the nurse had 25 ten (10) or fewer hours off duty between that shift and the 26 immediately prior hours that the nurse worked (not 27 including standby and all meeting and education time).
