Short-Term Employees. (a) ShortA short-term employee is a any person who is employed to perform a service for the District, District upon the completion of which, which the service required or similar services will not be extended or needed on a continuing basisbasis and shall not exceed 195 working days including holidays, sick leave, vacation, and other leaves of absences irrespective of number of hours worked per day. Short-term employees may not exceed nine hundred (900) hours in a fiscal year.
