Short Term Sick Leave Plan. (a) Short Term Sick Leave shall be defined as the first ten (10) days of each absence due to illness or non-occupational injury and shall not include an illness or accident resulting from an illness or accident on the job for which the employee is covered by Workers’ Compensation payments.
