Common use of Sick Leave Bank Committee Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Bank Committee. The Sick Leave Bank Committee shall consist of two Association members designated by the President of the Association and two representatives appointed by the Superintendent plus the Superintendent or his/her designee. The Sick Leave Bank Committee shall consider individual requests for the advancement of sick leave from the sick leave bank. It shall include a determination of whether or not the criteria for the advancement of sick leave set forth in the Section have been satisfied.
