Sick Leave Payout. 8.4.1 Any employee hired on or after September 30, 2012, shall not be eligible for sick leave payout. For employees hired on or before September 29, 2012, sick leave payout shall be given to each full-time employee at the time of retirement or death under one of the following conditions:
