Sick/Personal Leave. Subject to the Michigan Paid Medical Leave Act, 2018 PA 369: Employees covered by this Agreement shall accrue 3.7 hours of sick leave with pay for each pay period of service. Sixteen (16) hours of sick leave per year may be converted to personal leave time. Unused personal leave is not accumulative. This type of leave can be taken for personal reasons; however, two (2) working days' notice must be given prior to the date of absence.
