Site Specific Conditions. (a) You must take all reasonably practicable steps to comply with all site-specific conditions: (i) that apply to the premises under a customer connection contract that you entered into with us in relation to the premises (where applicable); and (ii) that apply to the premises under: (A) clause 6.6 of this contract; (B) a standard form connection contract or a deemed AER approved standard connection contract for large customers in relation to the premises; (C) a deemed standard connection contract in relation to the premises; or (D) a connection contract made under Chapter 5A of the National Electricity Rules in relation to the premises, that was in force between us and a previous customer at the premises. (b) We will notify you of any site-specific conditions that apply to the premises as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt of any request from you.
Site Specific Conditions. All site specific conditions shall be addressed in the Communication Site Application associated with this Supplemental License.
Site Specific Conditions. 16.1 Where the Customer wishes to modify, alter or otherwise change the Customer's Generating Plant or other equipment or the manner of its operation then, except where such alteration or change requires construction works to be carried out by the Company or amounts to a Modification, the Customer may only do so upon obtaining the prior agreement of the Company, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld. 16.2 Both Parties shall comply with the site specific conditions contained or referred to in Schedule 3.

No substitution, addition, or removal shall alter the rights and obligations set forth at Paragraphs 1 - 10 of this Agreement unless approved by the governing bodies. Any substitution, addition, or removal shall be appended to this Agreement. Any substitution shall be a novation as to the related prior appendix. Attached hereto as Exhibits A, B, and C are sample forms for a substitution, addition, or removal.

  • The Specifications The Specifications are that portion of the Contract Documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the Work, and performance of related services.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Unsafe Work Conditions No Employee shall be disciplined for refusal to work on a job which in the opinion of: (a) A member of a safety committee; or (b) A person designated by a safety committee; or (c) A safety officer after an on-site inspection and following discussion with a representative of the Employer, does not meet the standards established pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act.

  • General specifications For the purpose of this Regulation, the vehicle shall fulfil the following requirements:

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
