Site Specific Conditions a) The Owner agrees to complete, satisfy and/or uphold the site specific conditions in Schedule “G” of this Agreement.

Site Specific Conditions. 16.1 Where the Customer wishes to modify, alter or otherwise change the Customer's Generating Plant or other equipment or the manner of its operation then, except where such alteration or change requires construction works to be carried out by the Company or amounts to a Modification, the Customer may only do so upon obtaining the prior agreement of the Company, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld.
