SLEEPING CAPACITY. DISTURBANCES - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity previously stated (24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year) Using the premises for any illegal activity Causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises, Party planning, advertising for a party, or parties in the home or on the property are strictly prohibited and will be considered a breach of this rental agreement, all occupants will be required to immediately vacate the property. HOLD HARMLESS - iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC nor Owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in the supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, internet, or plumbing, as well as issues due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. POOL, PATIO & BATHROOMS - Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include a community pool and/or private pool with the unit, and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool and or private unit pool, patio/deck, and bathrooms can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio and bathroom floors can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool and or private unit pool and patio areas. MAINTENANCE - Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for loss of use due to maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, pool heating, appliances, televisions, DVD, game consoles, and stereos. If it is determined that a maintenance call-out is a false report or due to an issue caused by a guest, the guest may be charged a trip fee. SLEEPING CAPACITY. Properties can usually sleep anywhere from 4 to 10 adults. If throwing a party, it cannot exceed 15 people without written consent by the owner of property.
SLEEPING CAPACITY. The maximum number of guests who are allowed to stay overnight is limited to 8 people maximum. Do not invite extra people in sleeping bags, etc. It is defrauding a landlord to have more than the agreed upon number of guests stay overnight as the owners have the right to know how much usage will be placed on their facility per person. Also, an excessive number of people puts a strain on the septic system which is highly regulated by the county. Linens are provided for all fixed beds. Extra linens for daybed and futon can be provided upon request. Towels are normally provided for six people. Additional towels may be provided upon request.

HOLD HARMLESS None of iTrip Vacations, Sea Oats Vacation Property Management, Inc. or the owner of the premises assume risk, responsibility or any liability for, and the Tenant hereby releases, waives, relinquishes and discharges iTrip Vacations, Sea Oats Vacation Property Management, Inc., the owner of the premises and all directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives of such parties from, any (i) loss, damage, illness, injury or exposure to COVID-19, other viruses or the flu to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet service, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, insects, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.   • Acting Capacity ‌ When an employee is assigned temporarily to a job for which he/she is qualified in a higher pay grade for a period of five (5) days or his/her regular workweek, whichever is less, the employee shall be paid retroactively from the initial date of the temporary transfer for the duration of the temporary assignment. The employee shall be paid as if he/she had been promoted during such assignment. In no event may an employee acquire any status in a higher classification as a result of his/her temporary assignment. Acting capacity assignments shall not be made on an arbitrary or capricious basis. Employees shall not be rotated in acting capacity in an arbitrary or capricious manner in order to avoid payment of acting capacity pay. This Article shall not be used in lieu of the proper processing of any request for reclassification or reallocation of a position pursuant to Article 48, Reclassifications, or the filling of a vacancy pursuant to Article 56, Seniority.
