Snow and Salt Incentive. Employees will receive a $5.75 an hour incentive over and above their regular hourly rate of pay for all hours working snow operations outside the regular workday per winter season (October to April). All employees will be required to participate in the regular snow and salting overtime rotation, except that, in order to participate, employees must either have a valid CDL license or three years of prior experience in supervising City of Cambridge snow and salting operations. Employees who perform the tasks associated with salting will be paid the $5.75 an hour incentive for any and all salting operations. Effective July 1, 2019, this incentive will increase to $6.00 per hour. Effective July 1, 2020, this incentive will increase to $6.25 per hour. In the event that City Offices are closed for an entire business day due to inclement weather, employees who are required to work snow or salting operations on that day, shall receive the snow incentive stipend for all hours worked on that day, including straight time hours. In recognition of the implementation of new safety initiatives, including the DOT medical card requirement, and in recognition of the weather-related hazards endured by employees required to respond to inclement weather emergencies and participate in snow and salting operations, effective July 1, 2018 all employees except for engineers shall receive an additional $0.25 per hour base wage increase, after the across-the-board cost of living increase is applied.

  • Productivity Incentive In addition to the Minimum Milk Price, you will be paid a Productivity Incentive based on the total number of milk solids in your milk that you supply to DFMC each Month during the Term that complies with the Quality Standards.   • Wellness Incentive Employees participating in the State’s medical plan and who meet the wellness criteria established by the State, in consultation with the Union, shall receive a reduction in medical insurance co-share payments up to a maximum of $500 per year. The earned reductions in medical insurance co-share payments shall be awarded to active employees in FY 2009 or the fiscal year following the employee’s participation in the wellness activities. The Wellness Incentive program will integrate preventative and wellness behaviors into the medical plan. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms). 3. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Career Ladder Effective July 1, 2014, TALC and the District agreed to the 11 implementation of a Career Ladder for the advancement of instructional staff on the 12 Performance Salary Schedule. Elements of the Career Ladder are outlined and posted on 13 the District website and include detailed descriptions of Career Ladder levels and the 14 requirements for movement.
