Solicit Employees. Solicit, recruit, or hire, or attempt to solicit, recruit, or hire, any employee or consultant of the Company, or in any other manner attempt to induce any employee or consultant of the Company to leave the employ of the Company or cease his or her consulting or similar business relationship with the Company. References in this Article 8.2 to "any employee or consultant" shall include any person who was an employee or consultant of the Company at any time within the six (6) consecutive months preceding, and including, the Termination Date.
Solicit Employees. Solicit to employ any employee of the Company or any affiliate thereof while such Person is employed by any of them;
Solicit Employees. Directly or indirectly solicit any individual to leave the employment of QLT or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries for any reason or interfere in any other manner with the employment relationship existing between QLT, its affiliates or subsidiaries and its current or prospective employees.

The Employee shall not recruit, solicit or induce, or attempt to induce, any employee or employees of the Company to terminate their employment with, or otherwise cease their relationship with, the Company. The restrictions set forth in this section shall apply to any geographic area, market, or territory covered by the Employee where the Company is actively conducting business or attempting to conduct business by engaging in activities such as contacting, serving, soliciting, selling, or marketing to customers, suppliers, or creditors.
Solicit Employees. Directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, or hire, or attempt to solicit, recruit, or hire, any individual who was an employee or consultant of LifeCare during the last six (6) months of Employee’s employment, or in any other manner attempt to induce any individual who was an employee or consultant of LifeCare during the last six (6) months of Employee’s employment to leave the employ of LifeCare or cease his or her consulting or similar business relationship with LifeCare.
Solicit Employees. Solicit any Jabil employee, consultant, or contractor to end or modify his/her relationship with Jabil for employment outside of Jabil or solicit any Jabil employee to join another company. You agree the Restrictive Covenants are reasonable and appropriate in terms of duration, geography and scope. You specifically agree and admit for all purposes that Jabil has legitimate business interests justifying the Restrictive Covenants, that the Restrictive Covenants are reasonable and appropriate in terms of duration, geography and scope, and that You are not harmed by the Restrictive Covenants. If any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction considers whether You might be caused any individualized economic harm or hardship as a result of the Restrictive Covenants, You specifically agree and admit that You have suffered no such harm or hardship, and in fact, will substantially financially benefit from receipt of the Separation Compensation.
Solicit Employees. Solicit, recruit, contract with, or hire any Jabil Group employee for employment outside of Jabil Group. You acknowledge and agree that You have held senior executive leadership, executive officer, and management positions at Jabil with global responsibilities, helped establish Xxxxx’s key business strategies in all respects, been provided access to and helped develop substantial confidential and proprietary information at the highest levels of Jabil’s operations worldwide. You specifically agree and admit for all purposes that (A) Jabil has legitimate business interests justifying the Restrictive Covenants set forth in this Agreement, (B) these restrictions are reasonable and appropriate in terms of duration, geography, and scope, (C) the Restrictive Covenants are no greater than necessary for the lawful protection of Jabil’s and Jabil Group’s legitimate business interests, (D) You are receiving good and valuable consideration in exchange for entering into the Restrictive Covenants in the form of continued vesting in previously granted but unvested stock grants and other various benefits, and that You are not harmed by these restrictions and will not endure undue hardship thereby. If any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction considers whether You might be caused any individualized economic harm or hardship as a result of these restrictions, You specifically agree and admit that You have suffered no such harm or hardship, and in fact, will substantially financially benefit from such restrictions in the form of continued vesting in previously granted but unvested stock grants and other various benefits. You further agree that at or prior to the Separation Date you will execute and provide an Affidavit in the form attached as Attachment B to this Agreement. Solicit Employees. Solicit any Jabil employee to end or modify his/her relationship with Jabil for employment outside of Jabil. For the sake of clarity and elimination of doubt, the Parties recognize that Jabil employees may make and implement decisions to end or modify their relationship with Jabil without solicitation from You and consequently no such action by a Jabil employee, including an implemented decision to separate from Jabil and become associated with an entity with which You are associated will give rise, by itself, to any presumption of solicitation by You. You agree the Restrictive Covenants are reasonable and appropriate in terms of duration, geography and scope. You specifically agree and admit for all purposes that Jabil has legitimate business interests justifying the Restrictive Covenants, that the Restrictive Covenants are reasonable and appropriate in terms of duration, geography and scope, and that You are not harmed by the Restrictive Covenants. If any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction considers whether You might be caused any individualized economic harm or hardship as a result of the Restrictive Covenants, You specifically agree and admit that You have suffered no such harm or hardship, and in fact, will substantially financially benefit from receipt of the Separation Compensation.
Solicit Employees. Directly or indirectly solicit any individual to leave the employment of QLT or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries for any reason. The restrictions in this Section 9(c) shall not apply to or prohibit general newspaper advertisements and other general circulation materials advertising employment which are not directly targeted at any employee of QLT.
