GOVERNMENT RESERVED RIGHTS Certain skilled experienced professional and/or technical personnel are essential for successful contractor accomplishment of the work to be performed under this contract. These are defined as “Key Personnel” in the contractor’s proposal and whose resumes were submitted for evaluation within thirty (30) days after contract award. The Government reserves the right to review contractor recommended changes in key personnel during the life of the contract. In the event of changes in key personnel, the Government requires replacement with equally qualified personnel within thirty (30) days of the change.
