Common use of Special Education Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

Special Education Advisory Committee. The CTC and Administration have developed the Special Education Advisory Committee, co-chaired by the Director of Special Education and a Teacher appointed by the CTC President. The co-chairs of this committee shall jointly determine the agendas, as well as the dates and times of such meetings. The Special Education Advisory Committee shall meet a minimum of three (3) times a year in order to review existing District policies and new proposals from the Administration in response to new laws, mandates, and regulations. Any Committee recommendations shall be advisory only.
