SPECIAL PROVISIONS - BUS DRIVERS. A. Bus drivers will be notified of any student passenger who has an illness such as epilepsy, heart condition, diabetes, or who has a diagnosed impairment when the administration has knowledge of their condition. The administration will make the decision on whether or not to arrange for alternate transportation to the home of students who become ill during the school day.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS - BUS DRIVERS. A. REGULAR RUN: Part of a bid package which includes any and/or all combinations of the following: Xxxxxxxxxx, Xx. High and/or High School A.M./P.M. Special Education A.M./P.M. Shuttles Extra Runs: Part of a bid package which includes any and/or all combinations of the following: Special Education Noon Runs Vocational Education (except 7:40 A.M.) Kindergarten (if reinstated) • Summer runs will be bid separately by seniority. Summer bid packages will be posted and bid prior to the start of summer sessions. • All noon and summer work is exempt from the transportation aide language. • Regular awarded bid packages, which could include any or all of the above will be paid at least four (4) hours per day. In addition they shall be paid a fifteen (15) minute prep time any time a bus is driven from its original destination. • “If financial conditions will not allow a fully funded transportation schedule or in the event that elementary or secondary runs must be created independent of a regular run. Drivers will be paid drive time or a minimum of two (2) hours whichever is greater.” • The noon work board will be circled at 9:00 a.m. Once the work has been awarded, no changes will be made to those assignments. • Extra daily runs will be paid a minimum of one and one- half (1 1/2) hours per day. • All bid packages will be awarded by seniority pursuant to Section 2 of this Article.

  • Special Provisions for Affected Systems For the re-payment of amounts advanced to Affected System Operator for System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades, the Developer and Affected System Operator shall enter into an agreement that provides for such re-payment, but only if responsibility for the cost of such System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades is not to be allocated in accordance with Attachment S to the ISO OATT. The agreement shall specify the terms governing payments to be made by the Developer to the Affected System Operator as well as the re-payment by the Affected System Operator.
