Loss of Tools. The Company will replace employee's personal tools with tools of equal value in cases where it can be verified that the tools were lost, damaged or stolen other than by employee negligence during or in connection with the employee's employment duties. Each employee shall provide an inventory of their tools on a form supplied by the Company to be eligible for replacement. This list to be made up on Company time.
Loss of Tools. The Company will repair or replace employees' personal tools which have been listed by the employee, the list to be deposited with the Company, in cases where it can be verified that the tools were lost, damaged or stolen other than by employee negligence during, or in connection with the employee's employment duties.
Loss of Tools. 3301 The Employer agrees to supply employees with all necessary tools in order that employees can carry out their duties with the Employer and make replacements as necessary. 3302 Employees shall not use their own personal tools in the performance of their duties with the Employer. 3303 Employees who utilize hospital supplies, tools and equipment shall be expected to make every effort to maintain them in good working condition and to assure that they are reasonably secure from theft or loss.
Loss of Tools. Employees shall provide a list of personal tools being used during work. Employees who suffer a loss of authorized and necessary personal tools or equipment as a result of forced entry into a CITY facility or vehicle shall have any such normal or declared tools or equipment replaced at CITY’s expense.
Loss of Tools. 29.1 All tools required to perform the job will be supplied by KONE. Employees may also bring their own personal tools to the workplace should they wish.
Loss of Tools. The Company will carry a One-hundred ($l00.00) dollar deductible insurance policy to cover tool loss due to break in theft. Employees must submit a tool list to the Company and keep the list up to date.
Loss of Tools. Where tools of trade that are ordinarily required for the performance of employee duties are accidentally lost due to falling into the sea or dropped into a coal stockpile, such tools may be replaced by HPS at the discretion of the respective Superintendent.
Loss of Tools a) Each Employee is required to supply and maintain those tools ordinarily required in the performance of their work. All specialist testing equipment (items requiring calibration, power tools, special purpose tools etc) will be supplied by KONE.
b) An Employee shall be eligible to be reimbursed by KONE (subject to Clause 27.1 c)) for any loss of tools by fire, or breaking and entering whilst securely stored at KONE’s direction, or if tools are lost or stolen whilst being transported by the Employee at KONE’s direction.
c) Each Employee must provide a complete detailed list of personally owned tools to KONE Management with clear photographs. It is the Employee’s responsibility to ensure the information is kept up to date at all times. If the Employee has done so KONE will reimburse the Employee (subject to Clause 27.1 b)) the replacement value of the stolen tools, provided:
i. only the tools used by the Employee in the course of their employment shall be covered by this clause, and
ii. the Employee took all reasonable steps to prevent loss or theft, including not leaving tools unattended and including securing tools in locked facilities provided on site or in a locked vehicle; and
iii. the theft is reported promptly to police; and
iv. KONE is provided with the police event or report number.
d) An Employee shall replace or pay for any tools supplied by KONE if lost through negligence.
e) When an Employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised KONE of the Personal Leave, KONE shall ensure that the Employee’s tools are securely stored during their absence.
Loss of Tools. The Company agrees when legitimate loss of mechanic’s personal tools, other by theft or misplacement occurs on the job, it will replace such tools subject to the following conditions:
Loss of Tools a) The company will replace any or all of the validated tool list if stolen, provided the tools are:
(i) Locked in a company or private vehicle during work hours
(ii) Locked in a site storage facility, site shed, container or large tools shed
(iii) Locked in a site compound provided by the client , builder or developer
b) Tools stolen or lost while being used during the normal course of work is the sole responsibility of the employee & will not be replaced by the company.
