Common use of Staff Nurse Vacancies Clause in Contracts

Staff Nurse Vacancies. If the candidates under consideration for the posted position in a unit are from that same unit, the position will be awarded based on seniority. In all other cases, the most senior qualified nurse employed in the Medical Center and applying during the posting period will be given the first opportunity to fill the vacancy, subject to the exception in Section 13.2.1 below.

Staff Nurse Vacancies. If the candidates under consideration for the a posted position in a unit program other than a Coordinator position are from that same unitprogram, the position will be awarded based on seniority. In all other cases, if more than one applicant for the position meets the minimum qualifications, the most senior qualified nurse then employed in the Medical Center and applying Agency who applied during the posting period will be given the first opportunity to fill the vacancy, subject to the exception in Section 13.2.1 below.

In all other cases, the most senior qualified nurse employed in the Medical 21 Center and applying during the posting period will be given the first opportunity to fill the 22 vacancy, subject to the exception in Section 13.2.1 below.

Staff Nurse Vacancies. If the candidates under consideration for the 11 posted position in a unit are from that same unit, the position will be awarded based on 12 seniority. In all other cases, the most senior qualified nurse employed in the Medical 13 Center and applying during the posting period will be given the first opportunity to fill the 14 vacancy, subject to the exception in Section 13.2.1 below.
