Starting Location. The place of starting a day’s work for all groups shall be at a location designated by the employer. The employer reserves the right to reassign employees to a different reporting location as job requirements dictate, and agrees to give a twenty-four (24) hour notice whenever possible. Employees shall receive the applicable pay rate from the time they report to the designated start point until the time they cease working in accordance with California law.
Starting Location. At a time no later than the commencement of paid time each day, employees shall be suitably attired and ready for work at the relevant location nominated by Management. Where practicable, at the commencement of paid time and on occasions nominated by Management, a management representative may conduct tool-box and/or pre-start meetings. It is a condition of employment that employees attend and contribute if and when the aforementioned meeting/s take place.
Starting Location a. The supervisor will determine if the starting time for the shift will be the job site or the closest headquarters point. Prior to the end of the workshift, the supervisor will designate the start location for the following work shift.

Employees shall receive the applicable pay rate from the time they report to the designated start point until the time they cease working in accordance with California law. #2 Where members of District Council 36 are required to utilize employer provided transportation to access work areas there shall be a premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour premium.
Starting Location. The starting location of the orchestra shall normally be designated as the orchestra pit or bandstand. If it is necessary for a portion of the orchestra, or an individual instrumentalist to move during the performance from the starting location to another designated playing area in the theatre, whether or not in costume, there shall be an additional amount payable to the affected musician(s) of not less than ten percent (10%) of the musician’s minimum basic fee.
Starting Location a) Ordinarily the starting location shall be at the yard, but the starting location for any day’s work, whilst not away from home, can be varied but is broadly defined as being within 50 kilometres of the depot. Except when working away from home, starting locations can be varied as required by work commitments.
b) Crane crews required by the Company to travel with the crane will be paid for the time spent travelling. “Crane crew” means the Crane operator and dogman.
Starting Location. 12.1.1. Every employee, on commencing employment with Council, will be allocated a starting location or locations which will, subject to the provisions of this clause, be the starting location or locations of their daily work.
12.1.2. A starting point means a workshop, depot, office or facility to which the employee is usually assigned, or any other designated starting and/or finishing point within the municipality.
12.1.3. Any employee may be assigned more than one (1) starting point where multiple starting points form part of the nature and requirements of the employee's work or role.
