Status of Excluded Employees. An employee excluded from the bargaining unit shall have no rights under the provisions of this Agreement, except that: An employee taking a position outside the bargaining unit shall maintain accrued seniority up to the point of said promotion. If said individual is returned to the bargaining unit prior to the completion of his/her promotional probationary period, then full seniority excluding time spent in the promotional probationary period shall be reinstated.
