Step Two - Type B Grievance Sample Clauses

The 'Step Two - Type B Grievance' clause outlines the formal process for addressing and escalating a specific category of grievances, known as Type B, within an organization or contractual relationship. Typically, this step involves submitting the grievance in writing to a designated authority or committee, who will then review the complaint and may conduct meetings or investigations as necessary. The core function of this clause is to ensure that more serious or complex grievances are handled systematically and fairly, providing a clear pathway for resolution beyond initial informal discussions.
