Stripe. We have arranged for Stripe Payments Australia Pty. Ltd. (Stripe) to collect your funds due to you from the selling of your goods and services via on our [marketplace / platform]. By using our [marketplace /platform] and accepting the funds collected on your behalf by Stripe, you agree to the terms of the Connected Account Agreement with Stripe. A copy of the Connected Account Agreement can be obtained here.
Stripe. 21 has no effective control over the materials accessible on, nor the quality of service obtainable through, such networks and services; and

Trouser must be neatly pressed on Hothead Presses and properly shaped. Outseams and inseams are edge serged on automatic equipment for uniformity of quality and shall be pressed open for a smooth pucker-free finish with repeated cleaning and pressing. Trouser must be cleaned and finished to eliminate loose threads. Trouser must be available from stock in the following sizes: SHORT RISE: 4 - 14 (EVEN ONLY) REGULAR RISE: 2 - 26 (EVEN ONLY) Trouser must have a permanent label providing care instructions and small woven label indicating waist size. A removable paper ticket showing the size, fabric content, cut number, and WPL or RN number must be on the outside of the waistband. Ticket to be matchbook style installed with plastic staples for easy removal without damaging trouser material and showing size when trousers are stacked. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Stripe. We may store your payment information (e.g., credit card details) to facilitate ongoing billing and avoid interruptions in your Services.

A removable paper ticket showing the size, fabric content, cut number, and WPL or RN number must be on the outside of the waistband. Ticket to be matchbook style installed with plastic staples for easy removal without damaging trouser material and showing size when trousers are stacked. Garment shall be manufactured from an up-to-date women’s ProX pattern for comfort and easier sizing. The trouser styling shall be T-1: plain front, two (2) quarter top front pockets, and two (2) hip pockets professionally finished with no visible topstitching. Work wear industrial style construction is unacceptable and shall be cause for rejection. The pocketing and fly lining material shall be 70% Polyester / 30% Cotton, 2.9 oz. per square yard (60" width) with a minimum 78 x 48 count. Pocketing must have a durable press finish and the color of the pocketing must be black.
Stripe. When the Customer adopts payment services provided by the Supplier's partner Stripe, the Customer also undertakes Stripe's Connected Account Agreement (xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/us/connect-account/legal) which includes Stripe's Terms of Service (xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/us/legal). Stripe reserves the right to change its terms of agreement. As a stipulation of using Stripe's payment service, the Customer commits to providing the Supplier with accurate information necessary for the purpose of making the agreement and for delivering this information to Stripe. The Customer consents to the Supplier having access to Participants’ transactions via Stripe and the related information. Stripe renders payments directly to the Customer according to an account period agreed upon separately.
Stripe. Compiled uses the Stripe platform and API and your Stripe account, through Stripe Connect to process debit and credit card payments for your Compiled account and products. Compiled as defined by the Stripe Terms of Service is a "Partner Application". By using the Compiled Service and agreeing to these Terms you also accept and are bound by Stripe's Terms of Service. If you make use of Compiled's gateway, which is powered by Stripe custom accounts, you are additionally bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You, the User understand and agree that Compiled shall not be held liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through Your use of the Service and that all such payments and transactions are handled by Stripe. You agree that Compiled shall not be held liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between You and any other party, including Stripe. You are solely responsible for all transactions (one-off, product purchases, recurring subscriptions, refunds and cancellations) processed through Compiled and/or Stripe. Compiled will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from invalid or fraudulent transactions through usage of the Service or connected Stripe accounts. This includes but is not limited to transactions that were not processed due to a network communication issue. If you process a transaction it is Your responsibility to ensure it has been fully settled. Compiled uses the Stripe API to run this Service, the Stripe API is subject to change at any time and such changes may adversely affect this Service. You hereby concede to holding Compiled liable for any affects intentional or unintentional that Stripe's actions may cause to Your Compiled account, Your Stripe account, or Your business. You must not process credit or debit cards through Compiled which you are not authorised to do so, or which are stolen. You understand that you are subject to any fees Stripe charges for all transactions made through Compiled and Your Stripe account.
Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information to the Payment Processor for all purchases you make in connection with the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date with the Payment Processor. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. All sales are final and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site at our sole discretion. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per user or per purchase. In addition, availability of credits on particular projects and/or registries may change over time. In the event that Xxxxx is unable, within sixty (60) days of receiving an order through the Services, to complete a corresponding purchase with the applicable carbon registry, Gnito may, at its discretion, offer to purchase substantially equivalent credits on another project and/or registry, or may refund to you the purchase price you paid for the purchase not completed. You acknowledge that your sole remedy for Xxxxx's failure to complete a purchase you have ordered within sixty (60) days of its submission, will be limited to Xxxxx's election to either have an alternative purchase effectuated or to receive a refund of the purchase price you paid in connection with the purchase not completed. Except as set forth in the foregoing paragraph, all purchases made through the Services are final and no refunds are available.
Stripe. One row 1 1 / 2 '' wide black stripe to be set into the waist band and extend to the bottom of each leg. Side stripe is to have edges turned under and one row of stitching on each side of stripe 1/16" from each edge. Black thread to be used. The side stripe is to cover the entire out seam, from the waistband to the junction of the front pocketing opening, is to overlap the side seam by 1/8", from the pocket opening junction to the bottom of the trousers. Stripe to be made of Raeford Style #521-561, 11 1/2"-12 oz. Gabardine, 55% Dacron/Polyester /45%wool, color to be black. The side stripe shall be evenly stitched without pleats and puckers and finished smooth and flat without a ripple of wavy appearance. Triangular dimensions of crotch liners are to be approximately 3 1/2" x 9". Crotch lining to be made of Cadet Blue cotton lining fabric.
