Submission of Candidates. The University shall submit the names of the students to the Site or a designated representative at least four (4) weeks prior to the clinical experience.

The University also shall send to the School District a description of each student candidate’s educational goals (observation, lesson development and delivery, practicum, or internship) and the requested time period for placement.

All student teachers will have completed Act 34 Criminal record, Act 151 Child Abuse Clearances and Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal Clearance (Act 114) through the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

All student teachers will have completed (3) Clearances: Act 34 Criminal record, Act 151 Child Abuse Clearances, and FBI fingerprint clearance.
Submission of Candidates. The student is responsible for applying to the internship site. After an offer of appointment by the Site as a school psychology intern, the University will consider the Site for approval as an appropriate internship experience.
