Substitute Professional Development. 5.3.1. When a substitute teacher has provided twenty (20) days of service in the current school year by January 31 (or accumulated half days), the Employer will provide one paid day at the substitute rate to attend the teachers convention assigned to Canadian Rockies School Division. Upon completion of attendance at Teachers’ Convention, a teacher must submit a divisional timesheet for payment. There will be no carry over of substitute days from the previous school year to the subsequent school year.
