SUITCASING POLICY. As defined by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, suitcasing is a practice on the part of any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, and/or in another company’s booth. All materials must be distributed from the booth and not in the public areas of the convention. Any person violating or suspected of violating this policy may be removed from the conference, prohibited from attending the remainder of the conference and prohibited from attending future CWDA conferences at the sole discretion of CWDA staff. The following terms and conditions shall be part of the vendor's agreement to exhibit at the CWDA Annual Conference. These conditions are not negotiable. By registering to exhibit the vendor agrees and accept these terms and conditions. Violation of the terms and conditions of this policy will result in review and action by CWDA including denial of exhibit or removal of exhibit in subsequent years.

SUITCASING POLICY. While CPC strives to support the communal welfare of the community and its supporters, without a prior agreement, CPC has the right to uphold a zero-tolerance policy regarding “Suitcasing,” which refers to a non-exhibitor, as an attendee at an exhibit, event, or gathering, distributing information, samples, etc. about their business or personal sales. While all registered Event participants are invited to the Event space reserved for exhibitors, any registered participant or non-registered person who is observed to be soliciting business may be asked to leave an Event immediately without a refund. Suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from any other public place in proximity to or associated with an Event. Event participants agree to comply with the following “Code of Conduct," whether the event is in-person or virtual. Be considerate, respectful, and kind to others. Demeaning, discriminatory, harassing behavior and speech will not be tolerated. Contact of participants who have requested no contact from another participant is strictly prohibited. Participants should be mindful of any copyright laws, music licensing, etc., and not violate any terms or conditions related to such. Harassment and discrimination include any verbal, physical, or visual conduct based on sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, race, age, national origin, or disability. Inappropriate display, sharing, or use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); any physical or verbal intimidation, stalking, doxing, gaslighting, photobombing, or following of participants; harassing, photographing or recording of participant(s); interruption or inappropriate intrusion or disruption of sessions, talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact; and, any unwelcome sexual attention (physical or verbal) will not be tolerated. Violators may be removed from the Event if found to be in violation and their ability to attend future Events may also be restricted or prohibited. Any boisterous, lewd, or offensive behavior or language, threatening, intimidation, coercion, use of sexually explicit or offensive language or conduct, profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious or ethnic slurs will not be tolerated.   • No Smoking Policy There will be no smoking allowed anywhere in the premises by anyone. It will be Tenant’s responsibility to convey to and enforce this policy by its employees, agents and all other invitees.

  • Hot Weather Guidelines For the purposes of site based discussions regarding the need to plan and perform work during expected periods of hot weather, the following issues shall be considered in conjunction with proper consideration of Occupational Health and Safety issues.

  • Pricing Policy Prices and price guarantees exclude taxes and fees, however designated, including but not limited to applicable regulatory, PEG and franchise fees, and regulatory recovery fees, cost recovery charges, Subscriber Line Charges, Network Line Fees, PRI charges, other carrier access fees and/or access fees, Carrier Service Fees, surcharges, the Broadcast TV Fee, Sports Surcharge, excises, program related fees (such as universal service, telecom relay services for the visually/hearing impaired, rights-of-way access, and programs supporting the 911/E911 system), additional equipment, installation, late fee, service call and repair charges, and measured, per call or other usage-based or separately billed charges (collectively, the “Separate Fees and Charges”). The Separate Fees and Charges will vary depending upon your service location and the services to which you subscribe. Not all of the Separate Fees and Charges apply to all services. Customers who participate in a promotional offer with a discount on monthly service fees will revert back to the standard monthly fee for the service at the end of the promotional period, unless the customer’s service is earlier terminated for any reason. Any promotional, discounted or guaranteed price for service applies only to the price of the particular service or services identified, and excludes the Separate Fees and Charges.

  • STAFF ORIENTATION 4101 The Employer shall provide an appropriate orientation program for nurses newly employed.   • Adverse Weather Shall be only weather that satisfies all of the following conditions: (1) unusually severe precipitation, sleet, snow, hail, or extreme temperature or air conditions in excess of the norm for the location and time of year it occurred based on the closest weather station data averaged over the past five years, (2) that is unanticipated and would cause unsafe work conditions and/or is unsuitable for scheduled work that should not be performed during inclement weather (i.e., exterior finishes), and (3) at the Project.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Plan Changes In the event the Employer modifies its current benefit plans, or provides an alternative plan(s), the Employer will review the plan changes with the Union prior to implementation. The Employer shall notify the Union at least ninety (90) days prior to the intended implementation date. The implementation date is the effective date of the new plan.

  • Critical Accounting Policies The section entitled “Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations” in the Time of Sale Prospectus and the Prospectus accurately and fairly describes (i) the accounting policies that the Company believes are the most important in the portrayal of the Company’s financial condition and results of operations and that require management’s most difficult subjective or complex judgment; (ii) the material judgments and uncertainties affecting the application of critical accounting policies and estimates; (iii) the likelihood that materially different amounts would be reported under different conditions or using different assumptions and an explanation thereof; (iv) all material trends, demands, commitments and events known to the Company, and uncertainties, and the potential effects thereof, that the Company believes would materially affect its liquidity and are reasonably likely to occur; and (v) all off-balance sheet commitments and arrangements of the Company and its Controlled Entities, if any. The Company’s directors and management have reviewed and agreed with the selection, application and disclosure of the Company’s critical accounting policies as described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Prospectus and the Prospectus and have consulted with its independent accountants with regards to such disclosure.
