Summary Scope of Services. The Contractor or its Subcontractor(s) shall be responsible for the following: A. For a three-Container system: Providing a three-Container Collection program for the separate Collection of Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and Solid Waste generated by and placed for Collection by Customers pursuant to the requirements of Article 4 and Exhibit B. For a four-Container system: Providing a four-Container Collection program for the separate Collection of Recyclable Materials, Yard Trimmings, Food Waste, and Solid Waste generated by and placed for Collection by Customers pursuant to the requirements of Article 4 and Exhibit B. {Note to proposers: Proposers shall submit a proposal for a three-Container (base proposal) and a four-Container system (required proposal alternative). While some areas highlight the differences between a three- and four-Container system, the draft franchise Agreement is structured for a three-Container system, and additional customization will be necessary if a four-Container system is selected. The Agreement will be modified to match the proposed Container system based on the City’s selection.} B. Transporting Collected materials to the appropriate Approved Facilities pursuant to requirements of Article 4 and Exhibit B; C. Performing or providing all services necessary to fulfill its obligations in full accordance with this Agreement at all times using best industry practice for comparable operations; and, H. Summary Scope of Services. The scope of this proposal is to provide architecture, civil engineering, surveying and cost estimating services for the project. These include design services from schematic design through permitting. We understand the owner is not requesting bidding and construction administration services at this time. Other consultants will be required to complete the design services required for this project. Please see the attached detailed scope of services for more information. All fees are Fixed Fee, unless noted with an ‘H’. Fees noted with an ‘H’ are hourly, with an estimated budget. Hourly rates are subject to an annual increase of $5 per hour, effective January 1 of each year. Subconsultant fees above include a 10% administrative markup. Reimbursable expenses are in addition to the above fees, and will be billed for the following with a 10% handling fee:

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Documents) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Services”).   • SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by GPM, attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation. Client provides authorization to seek appointment as Lead Plaintiff in the class action, while the Attorneys will seek to be appointed Class Counsel. If this occurs, the Litigation will be prosecuted as a class action. B. If you obtain access to non-public information during the pendency of the Litigation, you must not engage in transactions in securities. C. Attorneys are authorized to prosecute the Litigation. The appointed Lead Plaintiffs will monitor, review and participate with counsel in the prosecution of the Litigation. The Attorneys shall consult with the appointed Lead Plaintiffs concerning all major substantive matters related to the Litigation, including, but not limited to, the complaint, dispositive motions and settlement. Because of potential differences of opinion between Clients concerning, among other things, strategy, goals and objectives of the Litigation, the Attorneys shall consult with the appointed Lead Plaintiffs as to the courses of action to pursue. The Client agrees to abide by the decisions of the appointed Lead Plaintiffs, which shall be final and binding on all Clients. D. GPM is given the authority to opt the Client out of any class action proceeding relating to the claims authorized herein and/or pursue the Client claim individually in a group action, if the Client is not appointed Lead Plaintiff and GPM is not appointed Class Counsel. E. The Attorneys shall provide sufficient resources, including attorney time and capital for payment of costs and expenses, to vigorously prosecute the Litigation. F. Any recovery from defendants that the Attorneys are responsible for will be divided among class members based on the recognized loss by each class member as calculated by a damage allocation plan which will be prepared by a financial expert or consultant, provided to the appointed Lead Plaintiffs, be subject to the Court's approval and will account for such factors as size of securities ownership, date of purchase, date of sale and continued holdings, if any. Under the rules governing class action litigation, while the Lead Plaintiffs recover according to the same formula as other class members, the Court may approve, upon application therefore, reimbursement of the Lead Plaintiffs’ reasonable costs and expenses directly related to the representation of the class. Examples are lost wages and travel expenses associated with testifying in the action.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

Debit/ATM Processing Services: Global Direct has connected to the following debit card networks (“Networks”): Accel, AFFN, Interlink, MAC, Maestro, NYCE, Pulse, Star, and Tyme. Global Direct will provide Merchant with the ability to access the Networks that Global Direct has connected to for the purpose of authorizing debit card transactions at the point of sale from cards issued by the members of the respective Networks. Global Direct will provide connection to such Networks, terminal applications, settlement and reporting activities. EBT Transaction Processing Services: Global Direct offers electronic interfaces to Electronic Benefits Transfer (“EBT”) networks for the processing of cash payments or credits to or for the benefit of benefit recipients (“Recipients”). Global Direct will provide settlement and switching services for various Point of Sale transactions initiated through Merchant for the authorization of the issuance of the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Services (“FNS”) food stamp benefits (“FS Benefits”) and/or government delivered cash assistance benefits (“Cash Benefits, ”with FS Benefits, “Benefits”) to Recipients through the use of a state-issued card (“EBT Card”). With respect to Visa and MasterCard products, Merchant agrees to pay and Merchant's account(s) will be charged pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement for any additional fees incurred as a result of Merchant's subsequent acceptance of transactions with any Visa or MasterCard product that it has not elected to accept.
