Supervision and Staffing. 2.1 Chandler acknowledges that command and control for all events worked for pursuant to this Agreement (individually “Event” and collectively “Events”) shall be the duty and responsibility of GPD. 2.2 In carrying out this responsibility, GPD will in good faith assign officers to work Events in accordance with the procedures adopted in consultation with the Chiefs of Police for all the member agencies providing officers to Events. 2.3 Chandler agrees and understands that entities other than Glendale and the GPD may have input into the decisions regarding whether, and to what extent, law enforcement will provide service for Events; however, Glendale will provide information regarding staffing decisions to Chandler as soon as it becomes available.

Supervision and Staffing. 12.1 There shall be present throughout the hiring period a person or persons, being the hirer and/or a nominated representative of the hire, who shall accept responsibility for ensuring the effective control and supervision of all persons at the premises therein and for compliance with this agreement. The details of such a person shall be communicated at the commencement of the hiring. 12.2 The hirer, colleagues and agents shall during the hiring period and during such other times as they or any of them shall be in the premises for the purpose of the hire shall comply with all reasonable requirements of the Duty Manager, their voluntary helpers or agents. 12.2.a Disabled Ramp – the disabled ramp is available and will be supervised by the Xxxxxx Rooms staff EXCEPT in the case of hires for auctions, sales or other events where members of the public have continuous access in and out of the main hall for the duration of the hire. For events of this kind the hirer will be solely responsible for the use of the ramp and should check their insurance to cover its use. 12.3 The hirer will be responsible for providing staff for all ‘get in’ and ‘get out’ and for any movement of equipment brought into the venue. Xxxxxx Rooms staff will not be available under any circumstances to assist with this action. 12.4 The hirer must ensure that all staff are competent and ensure proper compliance with all regulations in addition to the terms of this agreement. 12.5 The venue shall provide at least one Duty Manager, who is their direct representative during the hiring period. In addition the venue will supply upon request front of house volunteers, bar staff and other staffing at such times as deemed reasonable and necessary by the Xxxxxx Rooms management board. 12.6 The hirer will be responsible for providing suitably qualified/experienced person for the operations of sound and lighting equipment, unless otherwise agreed upon. 12.7 The right of entry to the Xxxxxx Rooms is reserved to any member of the management board and any police officer, fire officer or any other person on duty as nominated by the management board. 12.8 In the event of an emergency the instruction of the Duty Manager or any person nominated by the management board or any officer of the North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue services must be strictly obeyed.

Supervision and Staffing. 29.01 In addition to the employee’s salary, a fireman who is designated by the Chief to be the Senior Officer during the absence of a shift officer, shall receive the same compensation paid to a Lieutenant for each hour worked as the Senior Officer. 29.02 In addition to the officer’s salary, an officer who is designated by the Chief to serve as Acting Chief during the absence of the Chief and Assistant Chief, shall receive twenty dollars ($20.00) for each day served in such capacity, or pro-rata portion thereof 29.03 The Employer agrees that the department will be staffed to require at least six (6) certified fire fighters, excluding the Chief, scheduled to be on duty at any given time, except in extreme emergency. 29.04 Any employee assigned by the Chief to act as Lead Firefighter in the absence of a Lieutenant at Station 2 (or any other Station other than Station 1) shall receive an additional $1.75 per hour, but only payable after at least four hours of Lead Fire Fighter service is provide during a tour of duty. The employee serving as the lead firefighter shall be the most senior firefighter from that shift, who is listed on the last Lieutenant Promotional eligibility list. In the event there are no shift members on the eligibility list, shift seniority shall prevail for the assignment “Lead firefighter” is defined as the firefighter on that shift who ranks highest on the most current existing “Lieutenant Promotional Eligibility “ list. As of the creation of this provision, promotion eligibility lists have a two-year life span only and expire. In the event of the expiration of the “Lieutenant Promotional Eligibility” list, the City agrees, to offer a written test consistent the normal promotional process. The results of such test shall be used, in part, to determine ”Lead Firefighter” ranking in lieu of an existing “Lieutenant Promotional Eligibility” list. The seniority points as noted in §13.03 shall be added to the written test scores for the purpose of maintaining a “Lead firefighter” list. In lieu of the “Lieutenant Promotional Eligibility” list, the “Lead Firefighter” shall be selected from the “Lead firefighter” list created hereinabove. IN THE EVENT OF A VACANCY IN THE RANKS REQUIRING A PROMOTION, THE CITY SHALL USE THE RESULTS OF THIS WRITTEN EXAMINATION IN THE SELECTION OF THE INDIVIDUAL TO BE PROMOTED. Supervision and Staffing x. Xxxx State reserves the right to approve all personnel assigned on this contract. Any changes during the contract period must be approved by Polk State before implementation. Polk State reserves the right to reject any candidate for any reason. Polk State shall have the right to have any assigned worker removed for any reason. b. The Contractor shall provide sufficient personnel to perform the duties outlined herein. c. The Contractor shall provide and maintain an organizational chart indicating personnel assignments for College locations. Polk State Representative and Polk State’s security shall be notified of any personnel changes. d. Contractor shall prepare a summary of daily time sheets illustrating how many employees and hours are worked by each employee. The summary shall be made available to Polk State’s Contract administrator within eight (8) hours of request. e. Family members* shall not work for another family member in a supervisory capacity. f. No more than two (2) family members may work on the same location at the same time.
