SUPPLEMENTAL WORK PROGRAM. ‌ In the event of a non-District sponsored supplemental work program where food service will be required, positions for this program will be filled in the following manner: Within ten (10) workdays of the Student Nutrition Department notice of a non-District sponsored supplemental work program, the Student Nutrition Department will notify all Food Service employees, via email, interschool mail, or by phone, of supplemental work availability. The notice shall include the location, hours, and anticipated duration of the position. Manager classifications will be filled by seniority by any manager or assistant manager classification employee who meets the minimum qualifications for the position, and who expressed an interest to work the supplemental program. All other classifications will be filled by seniority, provided the employee is qualified. Employees will be paid at the rate of the classification worked in the supplemental program at their then current step. Employees filling these positions must commit to work for the entire job assignment. No leave will be granted during an assignment to a supplemental program, except for legitimate medical reasons. Unfilled supplemental work program positions will be filled by non-Bargaining Unit employees. The District will not be required to piecework assignments together with Bargaining Unit and non- Bargaining Unit employees. Holidays will be paid in accordance with Article 3 and overtime will be paid in accordance with Article

SUPPLEMENTAL WORK PROGRAM. 8.1 During the technical evaluation of all the Sub-period of the ZERE, if the Contracting Party undertakes supplemental work beside the Minimum Program of Work, the supplemental work will be taken into consideration as satisfying the fulfilment of the Minimum Work Program of the next sub-period of the ZERE. 8.2 On behalf of the Contracting Party, the Operator should present to the DRC, within thirty (30) days following the technical evaluation, the Supplemental Work Program which it intends to perform during the relating sub-period, as well as the corresponding draft Budget. 8.3 Each Budget will include a detailed estimation of the cost of the petroleum works provided in the Supplemental Work Program. The Supplemental Work Program and the relating Budget can be revised and amended any time during the year by the Operating Committee. 8.4 Within thirty (30) days following the end of Supplemental Works, the Operator should presented to the DRC a report on the execution on the Supplemental Work and the Budget.

  • Modified Work Program The Employer shall provide modified work for any employee injured on the job as per the requirements of the Workers’ Safety and Insurance Board. The employee must co-operate in developing and participating in, a modified work program suited to his capabilities, and with the approval of his physician and/or the WSIB. Both the Employer and the employee shall work together to return the employee to good health and his regular duties.

  • Improvement Plan A detailed, written plan collaboratively developed between the teacher and evaluator, utilized when a teacher receives an Evaluation Rating of ineffective. The approved form for the Improvement Plan is attached to this agreement as Appendix .

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Work Progress The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will keep each other, and NYISO, advised periodically as to the progress of their respective design, procurement and construction efforts. Any Party may, at any time, request a progress report from the Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner. If, at any time, the Developer determines that the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, the Developer will provide written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO of such later date upon which the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will be required.

  • Improvement Plans A professional improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher whose student growth measure dimension of the evaluation is below the expected level of student growth. For the purposes of this agreement, improvement plans shall be based on the individual student growth measure level, and not for overall subjects or classes taught.

  • Work Plan Coordinate a work plan including a list of the proposed meetings and coordination activities, and related tasks to be performed, a schedule and an estimate. The work plan must satisfy the requirements of the project and must be approved by the State prior to commencing work.

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

  • Joint Work Product This Agreement is the joint work product of H-GAC and the Contractor. This Agreement has been negotiated by H-GAC and the Contractor and their respective counsel and shall be fairly interpreted in accordance with its terms and, in the event of any ambiguities, no inferences shall be drawn against any party.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
