Tailored Day Services. NBRC service with focus on integrated competitive employment, post-secondary education, volunteering, and community integration. Services are focused on training, not supervision. A third-party cooperative agreement between Department of Rehabilitation and Local Education Agencies to provide specified DOR Student Services to referred students with disabilities, with the possibility of employment services depending on the contract’s design. Transition is a general term used to describe a change in a student’s school or program. A transition plan is specific to an IEP: a student who will turn 16 within the life of his or her individualized education program must have a transition goal and plan that outlines how he or she will transition to life beyond high school. A third-party cooperative agreement between Department of Rehabilitation and Local Education Agencies to provide Work Experience to potentially eligible students with disabilities. Under this cooperative agreement work experience sites are developed in the community with the Local Education Agency as the employer of record. The Sonoma County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) is a group of key stakeholders appointed by the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors to address workforce challenges throughout Sonoma County. The WIB members are leaders in the community who represent business, industry, labor, education, and economic development. The WorkAbility I (WAI) grant program provides a variety of services, including but not limited to, career awareness, pre-employment training, disability awareness, self-advocacy, work training and/or employment placement for students with current IEPs. The WAI program is funded and administered by the California Department of Education and offers special education students the opportunity to develop generalized and marketable job skills for success in the modern labor market. Those LEAs with a WorkAbility I grant provide opportunities for further exploration of learning styles, career options, job preparation and skills necessary to be successful in their transition into adult life. Each agency with a WorkAbility I grant provides services in accordance with their individual Policies and Procedures.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School. 1.2 Parents and guardians, as the first educators of their children, enter into a partnership with the Catholic school to promote and support their child’s education. Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Dining Services The Contract is for a space in a University Housing & Dining Services (“UHDS”) facility and not for a particular room or type of housing. By signing this Contract, you agree to accept your residence assignment, and understand this assignment may change. Once you receive a key to your assigned residence or move personal belongings into your room (whichever comes first) you are considered to have taken occupancy (“Occupancy”) and will incur charges. You also agree to familiarize yourself and comply with all University policies governing occupancy, including those set forth in this Contract and in the UHDS publication Student Policy and Information Guide, to be considerate of other residents and to respect the rights of others at all times. The Student Policy and Information Guide may be found at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx/policy-guide, as well as in paper form when requested at the University Housing & Dining Services Administrative Offices.

  • Billing Services 6 SECTION 3.01.

  • Pricing Services Chase may use any pricing service referred to in an applicable MSLA and any other recognized pricing service (including itself and any of its affiliates) in order to perform its valuation responsibilities with respect to Securities, Collateral and Authorized Investments, and Lender shall hold Chase harmless from and against any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a result of errors or omissions of any such pricing service.

  • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals.   • Observation Services This plan covers services provided to you when you are in a hospital or other licensed health care facility solely for observation. Even though you may use a bed or stay overnight, observation services are not inpatient services. Observation services help the physician decide if you need to be admitted for care as an inpatient or if you can be discharged. These observation services may be provided in the emergency room or another area of the hospital or licensed healthcare facility. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount you pay.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.
