Teachers Whose Hours Have Varied. Where the hours which a Teacher normally teaches at the School have varied since the School Service Date, in any school year and the Teacher's employment is to continue in the next school year, the Teacher shall be paid at the conclusion of Term IV or final semester of that year in accordance with the formula provided in clause 17.3(a) and shall receive no salary or other payment other than payment under this clause until the School Service Date, or the resumption of Term 1 or the first semester in the following school year.
